I am rejecting this response because:
The bottom line is that the workmanship of the flooring job is not acceptable, and the business owner knows that. I'm continually finding major flaws throughout the home. They are rough, sloppily stained, and there are...

chunks of the mismatched wood filler falling out of the floor everywhere. The business was hired to make the floors look better than they were before the job and they, in fact, look worse. I will now have to pay an actual flooring professional to re-do these floors because they are in no way presentable. My lawyer will be in touch.
