Review: I received service from this business establishment. It was an experience that will never be forgotten. A specialist did ,my root canal on two teeth. Originally it was only supposed to be one (according to the x-rays) but as he was doing it he decided that both teeth needed to be fixed. I had no where to verify that this was or wasn't true but it was double the amount that I anticipated paying when I came in. I had to establish payment arrangements and I spoke with [redacted] and told her that I'd be paying $50.00 a month. I had to schedule another appointment with the regular dentist to complete the procedure of a crown, but she first had to put another temporary filling on the two teeth. I was administered numbing medication and afterwards I left the office and the numb medicine wore off. I felt with my tongue the work that was done and the dentist did not fill the temporary all the way to the end of the gum line. The teeth that needed repairing are in the back and on the inside of my mouth their appeared to be a temporary tooth there but at the bottom of both my teeth their was a hole. I called the office and told them my disregard for the work that was performed. I returned to the office and another dentist apologized and finished filling one of the tooth. I later discovered the other tooth was also not sealed properly after I left the office. On 11/13/14 I called [redacted] to tell her that the tooth that wasn't corrected had broken in half. [redacted] (office manager) told me that I'm uneducated about this process and did not order my crown despite that fact that I have an appointment scheduled on the 19th. She stated that she canceled my crown order as well as my appointment and claims that she has not made a payment plan with me. I have to pay someone else to do the work that they did incorrectly and this is completely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I think that it is only fair that I pay for one of the root canals as a result of the mess up of the dentist. I had to go through the burden of changing my dentist as well re-paying someone else to fix what the initial dentist did incorrectly. I heard the assistant tell the dentist that she did not seal the tooth properly, the second dentist that only fixed one tooth apologized on her behalf. If [redacted] would have not belittled me and apologized I would continue my business. She's unprofessiol
