This issue has been solved. I did not get a refund and the company did not admit to not doing the job correctly. I did talk to the owner of RC Fields and decided to be done arguing about this issue. For my own sanity and well being I need to be...
done dwelling on the poor job they did inspecting my home. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs a home inspection done.
