I am rejecting this response because:This business fraudulently sold me a third party screen claiming it was an OEM screen [redacted] informed me that no one except [redacted] can sell OEM screens, and that the third party screen on my phone destroyed it I am again, attaching a picture of my phone If you look all the way down at the very bottom of the right hand side of the picture, you will see a tiny centimeter crack on the phone This is what Mr [redacted] is calling a "severe drop." The issue regarding my phone was not due to the tiny one centimeter crack on the bottom corner of the phone Both ***, and [redacted] stated the issue was due to the third party screen, and not a drop, and not that crack [redacted] refused to cover the replacement of my phone due to this type of malfunction They cover the replacement of a phone that has been destroyed due to a drop Had I been aware that I was buying a third party screen, then I would assume the risks of that, however, Mr [redacted] and his employees falsely advertise their screens as OEM screens Therefore, I should not have to assume the costs of the damages that third party screen did to my phone as I was not aware that I had a third party screen on my phone

Customer came into our store to get their iPhone Glass replaced which indeed we didAfter repairing the device, clearly the phone did not have any cracks or damage to it as if there was would be obviously and clearDays later, customer came in stating their phone had cracked automatically which is very strange when we replace glasses all day long for other clientsOur clear customer policy states on our receipt there is a day warranty which does not cover physical damage, cracks, drops, etcThe damage on her phone which is ruled out to void by warranty due to the crack on the screenThe damage was so sever it actually damage the lcd to cause it display a black screen with the backlight lite.My employees were being helpful and trying to have her understand our warranty policy which is stated on every receipt we give out to customer'sAs to a point she did not understood, she became very rude and explicit to my employees and customers in house

I am rejecting this response because: The phone did NOT quit working the day that scratch happened Quit lying As I nicely informed your employees, that scratch happened the same day the screen was replaced which was ten days prior to my phone not working Also, the scratch isn't even on the display Anyone that has any common sense can look at that phone and know that scratch did not cause the phone to quit working Also, as I politely informed your employees, initially the phone would power up to show the *** logo and then go to the blue screen If that scratch had so violently destroyed my phone as you claim then the *** logo would not have initially shown up on the screen According to *** and Asurion, this was caused by the third party, aftermarket screen that your employees placed on my phone You are right about one thing, ABSOLUTELY, YES, I would have expected to pay less for a third party screen However, we paid extra because we were told it was an OEM (original equipment manufacture) screen that we were not given That is fraud Selling something as one thing when it is another In the case of an iPhone, and OEM screen would be an *** screen I don't know how else to explain it to you. Also, quit lying about my behavior in the store I did not scream at your employees I told him "eff that" when he wanted me to pay you another $100, and told him that he effed up my phone and knew it I didn't scream it, though Also, I want to know why the double standard Your employees were cussing in front of customers the day we brought the phone in for the screen to be replaced Why are you ok with them and you cussing, but you are so offended when I do, after you placed a product on my phone that destroyed it? Regardless, my behavior does not exempt you from selling aftermarket screens as *** screens. One other thing, if you are so certain that your higher end products would not destroy an iPhone, maybe your tech screwed up and put the wrong screen on my phone He was so quick to run over and demand that the first tech quit working with me when I came back in with my destroyed phone And he never denied that he messed up my phone He just kept stating that it didn't matter Maybe you should reevaluate your employees instead of blaming the customer

[redacted] I have tried working things out with you over [redacted] but coming to a sense which you are just accusing us for fraudulent screen being used which isn't true. Wouldnt you think if you wanted the aftermarket screen then you would paid the less amount?I can also take pictures of the inner lcd to point out the marking which makes it a original lcd. The issue still comes from being physical damage; how are you going to say the screen is fraudulent when you were just using it fine till the day you dropped it and cracked the glass?People can say whatever they want to you for them to have you pay their fees, maybe if you were nicer to my employees and not cussing a storm we would help you out more?Fyi, if something is fraudulent then it would be consider fraud which this isn't the case. Customer's have the option to pick the quality of screen they want. We have seen original and repaired device's that have been physical damage to cause the screen to be black displaying the backlight even seen them without cracked glasses before as well.If you can't understand our policy or conditions I am stating then I cannot longer help you; like I said if you were nicer and addressed in a nicer manner then I would have consider letting this move along but screaming and cussing in our store to our employee's/ customer's even with your daughter present is not right. Sorry!

Review: I went in to have my Ipad Mini cracked screen repaired by this business. It was done is a untimely manner and had to go through several "faulty" screens before they got it right. (Costed around $200)A few months later, the ipad screen began to have issues with the touch sensitivity (no cracks on the screen, just touch sensitivity) When I brought this ipad to another repair service, they told me the problem was with the screen and that the previous repair service had replaced the original cracked screen with a faulty screen. I then went back to the RC repair and told them the situation. They were not sorry and told me that they could again fix it for only $120 this time. I was not happy and asked that they finish their original job and fix my ipad mini screen properly with a good screen. Seeing that it was their fault that they had used a fault screen for the initial repair, I felt that betrayed that they would again charge me to repair ir with no guarantee of the quality of service. They would not budge and told me that I would have to pay and would not refund me for their mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either fix my ipad in its current state free of charge (Since I had already initially paid them $200 for the first repair that was not done well)or I would like a full refund so that I can take it to difference repair business.
