The building inspector showed up once WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. No one called or said they would show up on XYZ date - unprofessional and inappropriate. As a woman home alone, I would never let a strange man into my home without notice. Further, as the company that provided these services, you were REQUIRED to be there to walk through with the inspector. Both time you were NOT there. The inspector cannot review the work you did without you being there. Interesting that you are finally responding now after we have forged an official compliant - where has the company been since fall of 2015?? Not responding to calls, texts, or emails is unprofessional - my husband and I have been tried to contact VP numerous times, and now we are being awarded a response that is completely inaccurate, as VP failed to show up on appointments that required their attendance. I am still forging this compliant, as VP remains unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time and efforts.
