Not responding to calls, texts, or emails is unprofessional - my husband and I have been tried to contact VP numerous times, and now we are being awarded a response that is completely inaccurate, as VP failed to show up on appointments that required their attendance I am still forging this compliant, as VP remains unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time and efforts Regards, [redacted]
In response to this complaint I have to say that the plumbing inspector did go to their home two times in a attempt to walk through on the job*** refused to let them in her home saying she wasn't aware of who they wereI've done all I can but this customer has been extremely difficultShe is
not my only customer and I work hard to run my business the best I can
I had my plumbing inspector there twiceFirst time inspector was sent away by homeowner and not alowed in homeSecond time inspector cameHe had a problem with the shower trimIt was not tight against the wallThe reason for this is because floor tile was used on the wall instead of wall tileThis tile is only 1/8"of an inch thickCompared to wall tile at 1/4"-1/2" thickThis changes the depth of the wallPlease let me know if there is anything I can doThis is my first complaint I've had in years of business

1) The inspector was sent home because he did not have an appointment - I did not even know he was coming, and because of this I won't let someone strange in my house, especially when I am in the middle of a phone call for work. 2) When the inspector did come back, he did cite the craftsmanship of the one issue you pointed outHowever, it is not floor tile, it is subway/shower tileit is also not 1/8" thick, it is 1/6" thickWhile the piping was not tight against the tile in that one area the inspector cited, there was piping in other areas that VP WAS able to get tight against the wall that look just fine - I would not blame the tile in this case, with "years of experience" you should know to cut the piping that you installed if its not meshing against the wall My issue is NOT the quality of the work performed My issue is the LACK OF COURTESY A simple apology is acceptable, but I am extremely disappointed that as the customer you are not able to do that Regards,
