merchandise you left. The only thing I can do is you can come back to the store and I will try to do best and make you happy by giving you another unit worth more than the previous one.

I would love to bring the merchandise back for something more in line with what I paid. I will be back in Oklahoma on either weekend of 10.9.2015 or 10.16.15. I will text I would also much rather have my money back as this would be the third exchange for poor quality items. However thank you for your consideration in exchanging the items yet again. I still do not have merchandise that works. The drone was used 3 times for a total of 27 minutes and then it just stopped working. No lights, no response, nothing. Please just refund me my money and lets go our separate ways.

We have tried to help the costumer more than one time but the costumers seems not happy and he won't be happy no matter what. We have exchanged the product twice to the costumer when there was nothing wrong with it brand new in the box ad the costumer still saying that product doesnot work point we have did our part to make the costumer happy but it seems like the costumer doesn't know how to use the product right. At this point there is no refund or exchange and if the costumer show up to the store again we have to call the security to get him out of the mall and that is the only solution we can do at this moment.

The RC World said that there was no refund & even though I took the product back they are still not giving me my money back.
My Credit Card company Capital One is standing by the RC world.
So I end up empty handed & no product & I still have to pay the bill.
This company does this all the time.
I saw a person in the mall trying to get her monies back from them from a bad product. They were telling her the same thing.

Sorry to hear about that, this time you are not accepting our offer that we can provide you the product that is worth more. If you like the offer you can keep it up for 30 days and can come to our store and we will be glad to do exchange but talking about the refund that we cannot do it and its against the company policy
