***, After further review and getting a second opinion on the image provided by you via text message, we have decided to submit this project for further
review to our Errors and Omissions Insurance provider to see if a claim can be madeBased on the image you provided and the pictures *** took of the kitchen and the entry from the front door, we have concluded that it appears that the entry tile was tampered with (likely the large dogs or children)The section shown in the image you provided showed signs of force to cause the specific patterns and conditions detailed in that photoAlso the area shown in the image provided was set in place for nearly an hour without being disturb as demonstrated in the photo taken by *** from the front door entryThe time frame was based on the time stamp automatically generated when taking a photoBased on the many similar projects we have completed and taking in to consideration the climate, it is still not possible for the tile to be that disturbed without force being appliedFor that reason, we have decided to submit this for further reviewIf a claim can be made, we will forward that information to you via email so that you can move forward with a claimUnfortunately when situations like this arise, we have to make sure all parties are protected and this is what we believe is bestIn regards to any unfinished work, just to clarify, we only have one incomplete projectThat is the tile project we are currently discussingIf you are attempting to reference the stair nose, and trim for the door as "incomplete", then please reference your original formal quotes sent via email*** agreed to install those as a courtesy and would contingent on after completing the work we were obligated to firstAll of the formal quotes sent via email, detail all services includedPlease provide Revdex.com with any documentation from us that states otherwiseWe did not receive any deposit or payment of any form for this projectWe do however thank you for the other itemized and completely finished projects (all completed on different days throughout the months, walk-through with client before you paid)Respectfully, *** *** Chief Executive Officer RCC Renovation and Construction, LLC ***@gmail.com www.rccrenovation.com

It is unfortunate that we have to address these allegations once again from this same client, but we at RCC Renovation and Construction hope that by doing so this will help resolve any confusionAs with any business, we understand that it is not possible to please everyone, but we make
strides daily to ensure that we make every effort to be better service providers and better individuals in generalIn regards to this complaint specifically, we completely disagree with the statements madeThe complaint itself is just a copy/paste of the exact same single email that was randomly sent to us days prior to them posting the exact same message on our thumbtack profile, as well as our Google profileWhat the complaint does not show is the many emails exchanged prior, trying to resolve the issue nor the many documented exchanges that led to us not wanting this individual as a client anymoreRCC Renovation and Construction, LLC does not tolerate discrimination of any sortWe are proud to employ/contract people of various ethnic groups, sexual orientation, and religious beliefsWe are dedicated professionals to the industry of renovations and medium construction and have been for over yearsYou will see in the attached videos, that everything alleged in this complaint are falseWe document every project (large or small) for various reasons, including being able to disprove allegationsPlease review the before video and the final walk through video showing the work completedWe hope that after review, Revdex.com will make the right decision and dismiss this allegationIf any additional information is needed, please askBut video speaks for itselfThanks. PSPlease advise on how to send videosYour system does not allow us to attach videosWe can send directly to whoever is in charge of reviewing this caseI have tried several times now to attachIs there a direct email? If so please provideThere is a total of videos that need to be reviewed by your staff at Revdex.comPlease advise on how we get this information to you

The refund they say they sent was never sent. Ask them to show you the back of the check and they won't be able to show it was cashed. And, the check they showed was not stamped by a bank on the front so you can tell from the pic it was written and never processed thru a bank. It is very convenient to show a copy of a check but it doesn't mean they ever sent it to me

We will not discuss this matter any further. This matter is resolved and we have already provided Revdex.com with sufficient evidence from that time when the refund was processed. It seems very suspicious that this complaint is now being pursued with the Revdex.com after nearly 5 months, when we have already had a Revdex.com profile since 12/2015. This client's descriptions of the services they received back in Sept/Oct would lead me to believe a Revdex.com complaint would have been filed after they claimed to not have received this payment... Not wait nearly 5 months later and after your refund has been processed. This is clearly an attempted after the fact and we closing this matter on our end. Again, we wish this client good luck with the future renovations.

This complaint is from a disgruntle client who we tried to accommodate because of the situation that was explained. This client was on a very tight budget but was in a bind and needed help. As usual, we at RCC tried to work with the client but things started to go south after many additional...

services that were added, changed, etc in the middle of the project. Because we had other projects approaching, we advised the client that a subcontractor would be used to complete some aspects of the project. The client was not happy and the communication deteriorated from there. We did agree to a partial refund so that both parties could move forward without further incident. The refund agreement was  originally issued on 10/12/2016. The client for some reason could not sign and email back via email as normal but instead took a  picture of the signed agreement. We do not normally accept that form of return, but to put this situation behind us, we did. As you can see in the attachments, the refund of $2100.00 was issued on 11-6-16. This was well within the 30 days allotted within the signed agreement. The attached photos show the picture the client sent of the signed agreement as well as the check issued. The account number on the attachment was slightly blurred to protect against fraud. We do not owe this client anything further and wish them good luck on their future renovations.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
They never followed through or responded further.
Sincerely,

[redacted],Thanks for contacting us. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with your project. Unfortunately, there must be some confusion. You were informed prior to performing these services that the contractor has a journeyman electrician license, which allows him to perform work unsupervised...

but only a master electrician can pull permits per the state's regulations (unless that journeyman has a "qualifier" to which they can pull permits under that business). All work performed was done so per code, with the exception of existing wiring (which we did not bid on repairing). Please see attached photos. We understand that due to the many other violations with this home, that the master electrician is much more expensive than we are but we feel that it would be easier for them to get you back up and running. In regards to this compalint specifically, we completely disagree with the entire characterization. However, we do wish you good luck with your future renovations.

Hello. Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your plumbing, but confused about this complaint. First, the name on this complaint is not the name of the actual person who contacted us via third party online booking service. However, the address listed is a for...

[redacted], who is the son who originally contacted us, scheduled services, etc. Secondly, and most importantly, this complaint is borderline disingenuous. As the Revdex.com and furture clients will see in the attachmments above, [redacted] originally contacted us about "replacing a big black pipe in basement". This black pipe, better known as the main plumbing stack was damaged and leaking in multiple places. We provided a free onsite assessment and emailed a formal quote via email(attached as well above). At no time from the initial service request to the formal quote being emailed did the client ever mention ANYTHING about having "draining" issues. Also the $1100.00 covered various services outside of replacing a portion on the damaged main stack. It also included replacing an exterior faucet and waterproofing damaged areas of the foundation wall. Please see the itemized formal quote above for service details. We send every client a formal quote that details the services to be rendered to ensure that everything is transparent. This complaint does not reflect how we operate as a business and not sure why this complaint was made, when it is clear that we never provided any service related to what this complaint states. If the client was unclear about the services to be rendered or if the client had other plumbing issues going on, it would've been better to explain the entire problem with our experienced staff not self diagnostics by the client and now blaming us for problems that we had no idea about. We hope the above formal quote and a copy of original service request details will help clarify the confusion. We also wish you good luck with your future renovations/repairs.
