Mr [redacted] had items that needed addressed on his motorhome after the purchase Those were taken care of under the manufacturers warranty, as designed, with no money out of his pocket RCD Sales and [redacted] Motor Coach got together and a factory representative was sent here to the store to further show a level of service and attention to detail There are no items left at this ***e that need to be addressed according to our internal repair orders or service schedule RCD Sales position on Mr [redacted] 's demand is absolutely unchanged
