Revdex.com HAS ALL DOCUMENTATION RCD AND ONLY RCD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADD SERVICE SUCH AS FAB AND PAINT COATINGS ( IF APPLIED WERE NOT APPLIED CORRECTLY ) AS THEY FAILED ! COACH -NET,DIRECT TO CAMPSITE SERVICE, MOBILE MECHANIC DID NOT HAPPEN OVER $7,OF EXTRAS PAID FOR DID NOT WORK WERE MISREPRESENTED OR JUST PLAIN FRAUDULENT.BY THE WAY WHAT ARE THE DEALER OPTIONS $2945.THEY CHARGED FOR ? Revdex.com CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT AS IT APPEARS YOU ARE NOT A IMPARTIAL I SEE COMPLAINT S ON RECORDED WITH YOU WHILE THE AG'S OFFICE HAS OVER COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST RCD SALES! IT APPEARS I NEED TO TURN THIS OVER TO A LAWYER!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and find that this is not a resolution but a conversation that is put on hold until after holidays As we still have issue with how the refund of services that RCD sold would be implementedThat issue was agreed to take up after holiday's .Paint and fabric protection was reapplied

well I guess I
need to make my response shorter cause you all logged me off before I could finish RCD sales has never taken my RV in with out an appointment ! I have a disinterested 3rd party to back this I can also show proof of the coatings and protections that we were charged for were either not put on or not put on correctlyThere service dept.could not complete the tasks or would not until I arrived at there scheduled time to pick it upmost of these issues should have been addressed during prep that we paid extra for but this is a wholesaler.we have purchased rvs in our timegeneration s of family have had RV' never have we ever heard of a" break in period"?last RV ,*** it took years before we ever had a problem and upon calling the dealer problem was resolved did not have to contact Revdex.com,A.G's office It got fixed at not even the cost of going to the dealer, they picked it up!yes this is a lemon and we requested a refund or like replacement ! yes *** has it and attempting to resolve issuesbut this is far from over ! These minor inconveniences or "breperiod",when your driving down the road and all the draws fall out because they were never installed completely @the factory that is an inconveniencewhen you have dogs 90+ temperature and a/c is not working or going threw the W.VAmountains with your instrument panel fogg@night zig zag road,changing speed limit because of curves you have slow down for,fog, in truck traffic ! Is life endangering to say the least! then more we use it the less it works I! We are so fearful of using this RVtrips everyone of them ruined be more stress of break downs you have our story, I will prepare to submit documentation at the appropriate venue

***, do whatever you need to do with an attorney if you think it will help you with whatever issues you think you still might have*** and the staff at the Hebron location have done everything in their power and bent over backwards trying to help you with your motorhome Even after this you continue to badger us with these Revdex.com complaints that are incredibly baseless I am sick of reading these types of messages because clearly you will never be happyTo much time and energy of trying to resolve your buyers remorse has been wastedAs of now, you are no longer a customer of RCD SalesDo not contact us for any of your RV related needs other than to cancel your extended service agreements if you choseWe are no longer going to be of service to you For any further work needing done with your RV I suggest you contact *** for your next closest servicing dealer

The customer agreed to purchase the coach on 6/7/and gave a non-refundable
deposit for $We were unable to secure financing for the customer and
recommended that they contact their bank to see if they would be able to obtain direct
financingThe customer called back to schedule an
appointment to pick upShe said she
was financing direct through her credit union and gave us the name of the lenderThe
custom hitch was ordered and the unit was prepped for the customerShe later called
back and rescheduled the appointment due to a family issueThe salesperson later called
the customer to request that they bring the truck in earlier than originally scheduled since
it would take awhile to install the hitchworkThis is when the customer called back and
said that she had been declined by her credit unionAt this point the $custom hitch
had already arrived and could not be returnedIf the customer wants the hitch, she can
pay the additional $and have it installedWe did everything the customer asked us
to do with the exception of returning a $deposit on a $hitch

The complaint has not been resolved, and I have not had a chance to respond as my computer was in the shop for a week and I just received this response by mail 9/and you just decide to close this? TRUST? it looks to me that you have a bias! i'll be calling Monday morning

Staements made in the response were not true. It makes no sense that we would call the establishment to schedule a time to pick up a camper when we were not approved for. We called them back after receiving a voicemail from Kevin in financing wanting to discuss an appointment that they had made for us. We called back to let them know that we did not get financing and did not have an appointment. Furthermore, why would a company wait so long to take the money out of our account? In reviewing the Ohio laws regarding deposits with our attorney, we are confident that the way that this company handled this deal is fraudulent to say the least. We certainly reject this response, and again it makes no sense for us to pay an additional amount for a hitch that we cannot use. Being a camper sales business, they should have no trouble selling it. We also cannot imagine that it cannot be sent back if it has not been sold or used

First there are no repair orders @ RCD because it was taken to *** @ there request 9//RECEIVED CALL FORM TMC INFORMING US RV WAS READY ,ARRANGED A PICK UP DATE 9/22/ WHEN WE WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK UP RV IN ELKHART INDREADY TO GO ! WE spent $+AND ENTIRE DAY TO pick up my RV with all issue being resolved! The only issues resolved were the ones regarding the chassis by GMTHAT WOULD OF BEEN THE FIRST VISIT TO A GM DEALER FOR WARRANTY WORK HOUSE ISSUES OF KEY FOB,TV,A/C , WINDOW FRAME GOUGED,STAR BURST CRACKS ON OUTSIDE FIBER GLASS WALL ON BOTH SIDES OF RV(CAUSE APPARENTLY USE OF TO LONG SCREWS INSIDE SHOWER WALL PROTRUDED TO OUTSIDE WALLS) HOLES IN BOTTOM OF SLIDE -OUT NOT COMPLETE BUT MAKING PROGRESS IT MAY NOT COST ME $ FOR THEM TO DO THE WARRANTY WORK IT DOES COST ME $135-$A TRIP TO RCD x EVERY REPAIR (VEHICLES DOWN ,BACK DOWN 2BACK) That is one repair trip we've down ! to Elkhart which I've been told by TMC they would cover expense ,course they also told us RV was fixed and ready? These issues are not hidden and are not hard to resolve! if they want to ! It took all of one look around to see what was not done ,course the A/C had to run for and hour before it started cooling My resolve in the matter is made more evident to require a complete and total refund !

Have you read anything I've mailed ? :yes TMC is handling the warranty work! with is only one part of the dispute . The other part has to do with the entire misrepresent services we purchased totaling over  $6600.00 . form the paint and fabric protection  that either failed or was not applied. And have been back to RCD 3 more time since We brought to their attention. We have had service that I have mentioned  that is a "NO WORRY " service  What we ended up with was far less As we learned on our trip South . Mr. Justin Estep  assured us give all the scenario's we gave they would be covered with just a phone call! UNTRUE ! service involved a phone call and a tool box! OR if you take your RV to a specific dealer that would honor your agreement oh! wait that is not until th manufactures warranty is no longer in affect!
 When we asked " If were have any trouble @ a camp ground will some come out ? We were told yes, this is a "worry free" service contract".  coach net is Bull . phone and tool box . as far as the tire service have not needed to use in the first 60 day's of owner ship . You say we've had it longer than 60 days . You are right last going on 30 [redacted] has had it! 
If this is the way The way Revdex.com covers for there business partner's? by not get all the fact before coming to a conclusion or as I have read Administratively Resolved and close the file to make it look as though their was no response from the complainant!

Talked with  .  He stated the issue is between the consumer and the manufacturer.  They only sell the coaches....not make them.  The coach is at the manufacturer.  They are doing warranty work.

I did speak to Mr. [redacted] in detail while he was at the store for us to re-apply his paint and fabric protection.  We had a conversation about the ancillary coverage's that were purchased at the [redacted]e of closing the loan documents on the motorhome.  As was stated in that conversation, it is Mr. [redacted]'s choice to keep or cancel the extended coverage's that he opted for at the closing.  He mentioned in conversation that he was undecided on what he wanted to do at that [redacted]e and that he wanted to let things sit for a little while until he fully determined what he wanted to do.  We did talk about the cancellation process, and I laid out the options for him.  All of the products that were opted for are cancelable other that the paint and fabric protection.  That product is not cancelable because it is applied and cannot be taken back off. 
All of the cancellations are handled by the dealer in which the products originated.  There is a form that is filled out by the dealer that gets sent into the individual coverage providers requesting the cancellation.  Those refund dollars are sent back to the dealer direct.  Once the refund dollars are sent to the dealer we then turn around and disperse it accordingly.  If the customer owns the unit the refund is sent to them direct.  If there is a lien on the unit then the refund dollars are sent to the lienholder and applied to the principle of the loan.  Our business manager and I both went over this with Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] is correct in saying that he put $12k down on the unit at the [redacted]e of purchase, but that money was used towards the purchase of the coach and not to buy the products that were opted for at the [redacted]e of the closing.  I will send you the original sales work sheet that indicates a $12k initial investment(cash down) was agreed to on 5/9/14 and the consumer financing options sheet that was initialed indicating the agreement to opt for the extended coverage's was signed 5/16/14.  I will also send contract verbiage from the extended coverages that outlines how the refund money is supposed to be handled.  
This is not an isolated event that RCD Sales chose to handle the refund monies this way.  There are contracts in place that dictate how the refunds are to be handled and for us to handle it any other way would be a breach of contract.

[redacted] ,per our conversation these pictures that were previously sent were from a visit to RCD on 11/25/14 to reapply protective coatings that I was unable to have applied anywhere else. The lines I am claiming are tape lines of previous work done and should not be seen if protective coatings were applied .  I will not except any other type of refund or cancellation unless it is a check to us for $4410. as previously requested. There was no explanation of $12K in cash was used nor was it ever implied . I have no way of knowing whom made this response, but it is false and this be the finial attempt to settle . before legal action pursued.   At Revdex.com request.  I'll not wait long for a response.

Mr. [redacted] had items that needed addressed on his motorhome after the purchase.  Those were taken care of under the manufacturers warranty, as designed,  with no money out of his pocket.  RCD Sales and [redacted] Motor Coach got together and a factory representative was sent here to the store to further show a level of service and attention to detail.  There are no items left at this [redacted]e that need to be addressed according to our internal repair orders or service schedule.  RCD Sales position on Mr. [redacted]'s demand is absolutely unchanged.
