We engaged into an agreement with Richmond capital group to sell a portion of my merchant revenues of $20,000 to be paid back at a rate of $599 per day until a total of $29,000 had been paid back. We paid like clockwork and never missed a payment. Here is the problem we paid off the advance and the company is still taking money out of our account each day. They have take over $5,742 so far. I have called the number on their website and the mailbox is full. I have messaged my sales rep by the name of jack Snyder with zero response. This is so illegal. I am also filing theft charges is this isn't remedied ASAP and the overage monies refunded immediately.

Please do NOT do any business with Richmond capital group llc , they are crooks trying to stiff money out of you ,I am surprised the state of New York allows company like Richmond capital group llc to operate , the company intentionally targets honest people like myself to defraud and misrepresent their services , stay away from this company, the person I spoke to I would not release any other people’s name to contact , he is acting as a partner but he is nothing but a scam artist , again stay away from this company , they don’t even deserve 1 star
We spoke to Mr. A and offered a full refund, all he would have to do is return the funds he received and we would have terminated the contract. We explained that we had reviewed his comment and, up to this point, were not aware of how he felt or that there had even existed any issue with his experience working with our company. It pains us to know one of our client's believes he has made a poor decision in working with us and so we honestly believe the best option for both parties would be to allow Mr. A the option to send back all the funds received and cancel his contract. However, Mr. A simply wanted to cancel the contract without returning the funds advanced to him, unfortunately we cannot agree to such terms. Should My. A want to cancel the contract and send back whatever funds he received we would be more than happy to work with him to terminate this contract. Please note that the offer to cancel Mr. A's contract expires within three business days.
The minute there was a write up about their malicious activities , mr J whoever that may be ( I am sure he wasn’t giving his real name ) wanted to reach out and be kind , however I do not trust them , they are crooks , they had asked me to give them back the funds , I am sure they will come up with some herendeous charges , I do not trust them nor should anyone , bad people
The company responded to me after I wriote up about their illegal activities , and after at least 30 calls and about 15 messages , the company responded after a bad review , and asked me to remove my review and they will credit my account 2250 $, should I trust this company ? Obviously not , they would have probably taken the funds that was deposited in my account back and disappear with it , they are scam artist hitting up honest citizen , in addition to their company they have opened up another corporation which has no description about themselves , what they do is split a 20k contract to 2 different company , charge you upfront fees of 2200 $ for every 10 k and charge you 3750 $ in interest for a total of under 6k for 10 k borrowed , the other company is called *** , do not absolutely deal with these people , you have been warned , they are really bad , they are out there to get you , the sales persons name is I W
For those people who are interested to know that Richmond capital group is associated with *** , there is not much info about this company , I believe Richmond capital is using a second company to rip people off , I hope this comment would serve interested parties a confirmation of NOT dealing with them , they are thieves , the state of New York should ban companies like Richmond capital group to even be listed on *** ,you have been warned stay away from Richmond capital group and *** , if dealing with them , please ask for references , names , their officers name , their offices address and land line phone number , they use cell numbers to hide themselves , bad bad people, by the way , if you ever have experience with them I am sure it was a bad one please post about them , once u do , you will get a phone call from them immediately asking you to remove the bad review , again do not do business with them
I was working with a loan rep Jack G for a loan for my company, after so many harassing phone calls of why I needed this loan to help my company. After running all around as requested, he came up with a requirement of another person that has no ownership needed to sign the documents.I explained that this person has no ownership, he then came back very rude. I received very vulgarer text messages.I would NEVER RECOMMEND this person or company to my worst enemy. RATES AND RESPECT FROM *** VERY BAD, LOOK AROUND THERE IS PLENTY OF COMPANIES THAT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS.
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. THEY WILL STEAL ALL YOUR DEALS AS SOON AS YOU SUBMIT THEM. BEWARE!!
