We found RCI Flooring to be extremely professional in every aspect - from our initial meeting with it's owner Chris to the job's completion by their installers under the supervision of Josh Several change requests were initiated by us between the time we put in our order and the time workman showed to start the installation, and each change was patiently received by RCI and a revised estimate producedOur complete home received a new laminate floor (RCI convinced us that laminate was far more durable for our situation than hard wood) and the finished product is absolutely beautiful I've recommended them to others and will continue to do so

We had work done by RCI Flooring yesterday and they were very professional in every way as they installed our new flooring. They were courteous at all times and extremely careful during the installaation to make sure that everything went right.

I recently had RCI install a tile floor in my kitchen and dining room. I am very dissatisfied with the floor. There were issues with the grout from the start. A white film appeared on some of the grout. Neither the business owner nor the tiler knew what it was from. Their solution was to remove some of the brown grout and replace it. They replaced it with a red grout. So the floor had two different colors grout side by side along with the white haze. It was obvious to everyone who came to see my new floor that there were two different colors of grout. I made repeated visits to the store requesting that someone come to look at it. No one ever did. Instead the owner told me that it couldn't be red because it was all from the same bag of grout. I knew better.

After a month the tilers came back and regrouted the whole floor with grout that I purchased. I still have some white haze on some of the grout but now it is all brown. I will have someone else help with the haze. RCI claimed that the haze and the red coloration were due to a "bad bag of grout". I do ot believe that either.

My grout lines are of different sizes. the smallest being 1/8 and the largest being 1/2 inches. Not all of the tiles are laid flat causing slight rises in the floor in places. RCI claims to be floor experts. I paid them a lot of money to lay this floor and it has been a nightmare. The only way to fix this floor is to tear it up and start over. I can't afford that.

RCI Flooring should not be in the tile business if this is their best effort and the young tiler who laid my floor is their "best" tiler as Chris, the owner claimed.

RCI flooring were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their show room is beautiful and has lots to choose from. Their employees inside the showroom are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The installers that came to our home were very professional, they showed up on time and completed the job as expected. Our new tile floor is exactly what we wanted and we are so happy we chose RCI.
Chris, the owner, and all of his staff did a wonderful job and where an absolute pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again and plan to recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend RCI flooring! We are highly demanding and critical on contractors, and I'm telling you that RCI does spectacular work. RCI is a smaller business that provides the personal touch that larger companies cannot. We weren't thrilled with anything that we had found in other stores, and had received little valuable help before RCI. Tabatha greeted us and paid attention to the tiles that we were drawn to. After a few minutes she casually began asking about the colors in our house, and started offering suggestions. Before we new it, we had AWESOME samples and were heading home to check them out. Chris came next to give us a bid. He too had great ideas, and was extremely professional. At this point there was no doubt that RCI was a 1st class company. The price was little higher than a few competitors, but they were in the ballpark. The installers came on schedule, cleaned every day before going home, completed the job on time, and produced outstanding work.
