Review: Called company (RCI) for a waste line back up they came over removed blockage in a timely manner, heard a air pressure sound from waste line and asked why it was making that noise the [redacted] stated it was not a big deal and that the blockage was cleared. Called back two days later after still hearing an air pressure sound no leak, no one called back. Called the next day after water was leaking out of the waste line in the basement, finally after 03 calls the [redacted] called back and said he was on vacation and would be there the next day. They came over the next day and blew the lines out with a hose but still heard the pressure sound prior to RCI leaving ,mentioned again that this does not sound right. [redacted] said its fine...water again leaked out a day later. Called a new company to come clean out the line again after no call back from RCI.Desired Settlement: Refund for the new company to clear block
