This is Chelton Cleaner there is no sign outside stating that shirts are cents for box shirts there is a 20% discount on dry cleaning and shirts on a hanger are $ NOT BOX SHIRTS

The car was hit before we plowed we are just being the fall guy! This is why u don't buy a new driver a brand new carWhy would I give my insurance information when we didn't hit the carI have pictures to prove that it dose not even line up to the damageThe repair shop said it was hit by a box plow! I don't own a box plowI was going to help her out but it dose not match up one bit I would of ripped the bumper off if I would have hit it! Plus I didn't hear about this until the next day after they were at a storeSo I am not taking blame for something I didn't do! [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] Thank you for your recent correspondence.To repeat, the banner outside (which is no longer there) the establishment indicated a 20% discount on Tuesdays The discount was conditioned upon bringing three (3) items to be dry cleaned In other words, if you were to bring items to be laundered only, you would not receive the discount There were no exceptions or restrictions on the discount The clerk (I believe her name is Denise) receive my clothes and then remarked there would be an additional charges to have laundered clothes placed into a box Again, this statement was contrary to the banner and there was no written sign or statement in or outside Chelten Cleaners which distinguished between laundered shirts boxed or on hangers Ultimately, I received the discounted dry cleaning items upon payment but was told that I had to pay full price for the boxed shirts There was nothing to indicate boxed shirts were not part of the Tuesday discounted advertised special As I already indicated, Chelten Cleaners never represented on any banner, sign, or writing inside or outside of the establishment anything to indicate boxed laundered shirts were an exception to their discount program Regards, [redacted] ***

Hi:We paid our contractor based on the fact that he had told us the work was completeUnfortunately, our property manager at the time was naive and simply took his word for the fact that the tree had been taken downIt was only later when we went to the jobsite that we found one tree had been taken down, the branches left at the jobsite and the other tree had not been taken downAfter much discussion with the contractor, they went out and removed the branches and had promised to remove the second treeThis has never happened. To this day, we still have correspondence with himAll we want is the tree taken downAs evidence of our claims, as we may have to eventually file a lawsuit, please find attached( we also sent some of these in the past, we could not attach more than items)a) A copy of the invoice from the seller.( you have a copy of this)b) Correspondence from just last night, where the seller specifically talks about the Revdex.com, our review, and the fact that the tree still had not been taken down!c) Pictures taken after the 1st tree had been taken downYou will see pictures of both the stump of the tree taken down and pictures of the second tree that obviously has not been taken down.( you have these)All we want from the seller is to complete this work!
