I am so impressed and happy with the level of customer service for this locationMy husband and I bought yards of DG to build a firepit in our backyardWe were super unhappy with how it turned out since the DG seemed to have more rock than normal I went down to RCP and spoke with Randy and expressed our concerns and disappointment in the product He and another worker (sorry, I can't remember his name) came to my house to take a look at the productThey agreed that it was rockier than and apologizedThey even dug out a spot for me and replaced the DG with a new bag to show that their product was good They were able to help us with some additional DG to help us finish the project the right way and I couldn't be happierI love how they stood by their product and took the time to come look at it to verifyI never plan to take my business anywhere else Thank you!
