I ordered products from this company on May 2, 2020 and I still haven’t received my order. Today is May 16, 2020 and I have already reached out to them via email and social media and I haven’t gotten a response. I want to cancel my order. They have already taken my money, but I haven’t received my order.

I ordered a case on on april 26 and I have still not received it. I got 2 stickers from them and nothing else. no one will email me back. last emil was lat week and they gave me tracking for 2 stickers but no watch case. now my watch has scratches and is not new or protected because I have been waiting on my case. horrible company. I will post negative remarks towards them on all my social media outlets...

Product was ordered on 3-23-2020. On 4-8-2020 I sent an email requesting information on when item I purchased would be shipped.I received a reply on 4-8-2020 stating they were sorry things were delayed due to COVID 19. On 4-20-2020 I sent an email requesting a refund as the item still had not shipped. No reply from seller. On 4-26-2020 another email was sent requesting a refund. On 4-29-2020 I received an email that they have had email issues and offered a 20% discount on the product. On 4-29-2020 I sent an email once again requesting a 100% refund. On 5-2-2020 I received an email advising they would send my request up the proper channel for my request. On 5-4-20 an email was received that order number *** was shipped. After checking several times the tracking number provided no package has ever been delivered to ***. I would like a full refund. No discount, no promo offer just a REFUND.

I made a purchase on April 18th from the RCTIK website. I did not receive confirmation, but my credit card was charged. I reached out via email asking for confirmation. I received a response days later from a representative asking for my confirmation number. I explained to them that I did not have a confirmation number because I never received one, RCTIK never responded to this email. I emailed them 3 more times and received no response. I began to notice on their *** page that customers were commenting on their posts explaining similar issues I had; orders being placed, money being collected, services not being rendered, and not being responded to when reaching out to RCTIK. I began to comment my experiences on RCTIK's *** posts. Keep in mind that RCTIK is continuing to post on their *** page as customers are trying to contact them, and not responding to them. RCTIK began to delete my comments, I have screenshots to prove it. I then sent 4 messages to RCTIK on ***, no response. Days later they blocked me from their *** page. I have sense flagged the purchase as fraud on my credit card, and I am reaching out to the state's attorney general.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I ordered my case over two months ago. I understand there is a Pandemic going on but to not even have the decency to contact you customer with a order conformation of answer back via Instagram but constantly post. That is just plain rude. I just want my money back at this point. They charged the card instantly but didn't even send a email of a conformation.

3 weeks no case, No tracking number.. asked for refund ,no refund, no product, terrible company

I purchased a case from RCTIK received a confirmation and withdrawal of funds from my account on 4-11-2020. I follow emailed to check on the shipping of my order on the 4-17-2020 and received a response saying because of COVID-19 production and shipping had been hindered and delayed. I understand completely. I asked for a refund but never received one. I emailed on the 17th, 25th and 28th. No response from the 25th and 28th emails. They did send me link for a free sticker for my troubles but I could care less, just want my money back

I ordered my phone case a week ago . Haven’t heard anything from them.. so I tried to cancel my order.. still no reply or order confirmation.. but they took my money.. I’d like to cancel and have my money refunded

Never received package and have made several attempts to reach but no response

Item was never received after two months . No response to emails . They have blocked me on Facebook and Instagram . I have sent direct messages to other users they will not send item. Their address is vauge and doesn’t have street number . No business phone . I am disputing it with my bank and that has its own headaches . Stay away from them.

I ordered a phone case from them, I have not received it and they will not refund my money. I have emailed them several times and get a vague response.
