RCW Heating and Cooling was hired to repair my upstairs ac unit. He has made numerous trips to my house to either remove parts or disconnect parts to keep my ac unit running. It have been over a year and he has not return to complete the work. I have called numerous time to have him complete the work and pay him. He does not return my calls.
