I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The reason I rejected it is because not everything he said was accurateI asked him if he could go ahead and fix it, and I bring in the full amount owed on the following fridayI never once asked him to do anything for freeThey also never contacted me over the truck, O had to contact themI never ask for handouts, or to get anything done for freeI always pay for what needs to be done

Although Ms [redacted] is absolutely correct in most everything she said in her complaint many details were left out like the fact that from the beginning they did not want to pay for the repairs when service was rendered I was asked to order parts and perform the work and let us pay u part on Friday then we’ll pay the rest in a couple weeks I declined to do so and required payment in full before taking possession of the vehicle as is standard procedure at any repair facilitySecondly the issue that the vehicle came in for was fixed and fixed correctly came in not running spitting and sputtering it left running as it should so the issue that was paid for was 100% solved this truck had a rusty fuel filler neck that started to leak after the repair was made but not due to anything being done incorrrctly as related to the repair but as wear and tear on Old rusty partsWe did not put fuel in this vehicle so we had no way to know additional parts were neededWhat was failed to mention was we did not charge this customer the hours of diagnostic time spent to ensure the original problem was diagnosed and fixed and that when it was discovered additional parts were needed I offered to get them for her at my costI don’t know as a business owner really what more I could doIt is not the responsibility of any repair facility to pay for parts or provide labor for free how can we survive if that was the caseThis is simply a case of someone wanting something for nothing and trying to to lay blame to try to achieve that goalSimply put the repair she paid for was provided she chose not to take advantage of my offer to help with savings on the additional parts that were needed

The repairs we had done was get a fuel pump put in, the reason we needed one was the truck wouldnt run correctly it would just spit and spudder, so we called nuttin fancy because thats where we got the truck fromSo we had it towed up there, they looked at it and ran tests and confirmed it needed a
fuel pumpSo they installed and then we went to pick it up, I paid for the services, then took it and put gas in and when I put the gas in, I noticed that it was just gushing out the fuel tankI went back to the office and told them about it, so he looked at it and said the fuel neck had a pin hole in it and said he would order the part but I had to pay for it, I told them I wasnt paying because the truck wasnt leaking gas before so I didnt think I should pay for what happened in their shopSo he started cussing towards me and I said you can talk nicer, and stop cussing towards me and he said that I was trying his patience

Although Ms. [redacted] is absolutely correct in most everything she said in her complaint many details were left out like the fact that from the beginning they did not want to pay for the repairs when service was rendered I was asked to order parts and perform the work and let us pay u part on Friday then we’ll pay the rest in a couple weeks I declined to do so and required payment in full before taking possession of the vehicle as is standard procedure at any repair facility. Secondly the issue that the vehicle came in for was fixed and fixed correctly came in not running spitting and sputtering it left running as it should so the issue that was paid for was 100% solved this truck had a rusty fuel filler neck that started to leak after the repair was made but not due to anything being done incorrrctly as related to the repair but as wear and tear on Old rusty parts. We did not put fuel in this vehicle so we had no way to know additional parts were needed. What was failed to mention was we did not charge this customer the 2 hours of diagnostic time spent to ensure the original problem was diagnosed and fixed and that when it was discovered additional parts were needed I offered to get them for her at my cost. I don’t know as a business owner really what more I could do. It is not the responsibility of any repair facility to pay for parts or provide labor for free how can we survive if that was the case. This is simply a case of someone wanting something for nothing and trying to to lay blame to try to achieve that goal. Simply put the repair she paid for was provided she chose not to take advantage of my offer to help with savings on the additional parts that were needed.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The reason I rejected it is because not everything  he said was accurate. I asked him if he could go ahead and fix it, and I bring in the full amount owed on the following friday. I never once asked him to do anything for free. They also never contacted me over the truck, O had to contact them. I never ask for handouts, or to get anything done for free. I always pay for what needs to be done.

I really don't know where to start with a reply to this. These claims are so ridiculous honestly I don't think a response is warranted but here goes. first of all this transaction took place on 3/15 not 4/10 as stated in the complaint. I do not and will not mislead anyone into making a purchase from...

my place of business and I can produce 100's of customers who will attest to that. Used cars are used cars and as my documents will show it was purchased as is with absolutely no warranty. This particular customer did purchase a service contract on the vehicle and the vehicle was in very good condition at the time of purchase I had already spent almost $1700.00 on this vehicle to ensure it in as good of shape as possible. I do not know what this individual did to it tampered with or otherwise damaged to this vehicle since he has had it. He also failed to mention all the help I've given when he needed 1) installed his new stereo system for him free of charge(customer courtesy) 2)allow him to charge other repair fees to his account (155.30 for a new catylitic converter which went bad three months later) which now seven months later he has paid a whopping $15.00 on that bill 3)made sure him and his wife had a ride home on the morning that happened ,your welcome, Mr. [redacted].   Furthermore, I don't have an employee named [redacted], nor do myself or my employee named [redacted] by the way even own a gun. Really that one almost made me laugh out loud. Most grownups don't need someone to call and "let them know" they are past due and there are no regulation requiring that a creditor do so. Which is what this all boils down to another one trying to beat the system and get something for nothing. Oh I almost forgot the most classic statement I"ve ever seen in a complaint letter is the stripper thing now that's funny. Maybe in a high school English class learning how to compose a proper business complaint letter, but come on in a real complaint to the Revdex.com. I am forwarding to the Revdex.com the documents supporting my claims and assertions as well as pay history to show this is just a childish attempt to keep from honoring your agreement and the legal and binding contract that was willingly entered into. As well as proof of the felony act of writing a bad check. Even though restitution has been made the act to begin with was unlawful. Once again, you're welcome ,I gave you the opportunity to make restitution rather than filing charges. And someone please inform me where do you get a "license" to be a mechanic . One can become certified through ASE but I am completely unaware of a "licensing" process. This one is just another laughable statement. If I weren't so busy with my good customers I'd find this amusing. I will be faxing the supporting documents in which u will find a buyers order clearly signed as is, a separate as-is statement signed by the complaintant, a buyers guide clearly marked as is and checked a service contract is available at an additional cost, the back page of the buyers guide that lists major defects that may occur in used motor vehicles, the store receipt for the state inspection that was performed on 10/30 /2014 the day after I purchased the vehicle from auction once again in compliance with all state laws, a signed credit application, a binding retail installment contract, copies of repair orders of repairs done to the vehicle one which was paid under the service contract ,before it was cancelled for non-payment, the other which is still owed to me and of course not paid, and a copy of the service contract that was initially purchased. I say again I can support my statements. Not just a bunch of made up childish rantings to get out of my commitments. Thank you so much Revdex.com for allowing me the opportunity to respond to these accusations. Please feel free to edit in any way u need my response but I've built my business around helping people providing safe affordable transportation for good people to get to necessary doctor appointments, kids to school whatever the case may be and it disturbs me that people try this kind of approach to harm others just to get off free. Maybe there should be and organization that we could report them to
