Over charged for botch hvac service took advantage of single mother without knowledge of ac repairsOn may 20, 2014 removed my air handler and ac coil and replaced it with one that was double the size of old one knowing that he shouldn't do it because outside unit is only a 2.5 he put on the wrong size copper pipes and just lert the coil sitting on the top of air handler moving around and when I went to use the heater last winter it kept kicking off the breaker I called him and was told the unit was to strong and came to my home and disconnected the breaker knowing he had the wrong size in here when I went to turn ac on it wouldn't cool and that's because the to big unit has messed up the compressor and I called him again and he came and said outside unit was leaking and didn't have freon and did a patch up job and ac still doesn't cool I,ve had two other companies come out and check my units and they both said the inside unit is too big and not in correct and wasn't inspected to make sure I could hv that size the pipes are the wrong size and its not connected correct and it never should hv been put in my home and I should get my money backand they will write a notarize statement on what they saw.I was told after the fact from other people all he do is rip people off.Desired SettlementI want my 1200.00 dollar back because this unit is not proper for my home and its been nothing but trouble since it's been in my home and it's not a year old and for [redacted] not to be able to sleep at night everytime he take advantage of someone and rip them off.I have notarize papers he signed with a 10yr warranty on it but this unit has to come out of my home so they can install the proper unit and has a single woman I don't have 1200.00 to throw away

R D Blue HVAC Services, LLC received my down payment of $400.00 to start the job of putting in my new furnace and it is going on three weeks. After I called him last week he reported the parts just came in and reported he will start putting in the new furnace on Friday 10/17/14. I had called him everyday this week and he havent returned my call. I think he is a fraud and running a dishonest business and I want my money back.Product_Or_Service: New furnace Desired SettlementDesire my $400.00 back.

R.D.Blue HVAC Services charged me for repairing my AC unit but did not repair it. My AC unit is still doing the same thing it was doing before. On 6-2-16, R. D. Blue HVAC Services came to my home to repair my AC unit. It had stopped working, it was not cooling at all. Mr. Blue looked at the unit and saw some ice on the coils and said I low on freon. He turn off the unit to let it defrost. He came back later and put in four pounds on freon in at $55.00 a pound and $55.00 for labor. On 6-5-16 my AC unit was doing the same thing it stopped working, it was not cooling. (Mr. Blue did not check for a leak before putting in the freon.) I call him and he instructed me to turn the unit off . Mr. Blue came by on 6-6-16 turned the unit on and told my son that me motor was going bad. The AC unit worked for two days, I called Mr. Blue again, on 6-9-16 with the response of (I AM COMING FIRST THING IN THE MORNING on 6-11-16.) When he did not come, I called him and he told me he was in Durham working on a job. My son called him and Mr, Blue told him that he did not have any help, he was working by himself , but he would be by when he finished.I having been calling Mr. Blue and he has not returned my calls. I have been calling him everyday with no response.Desired SettlementI would like to get my money back from him.
