Review: After selecting their services 4 years ago because they told me they would dispose of certain materials, they recently changed their stance on these. Instead of notifying me, the workers just chose to leave bags of garbage outside of our house instead of taking them. After calling three times and only receiving a phone call back on one of these occasions, the boss displayed he was more ok with losing me as a customer than forcing his workers to do something they did not want to. As a result, I found another disposal service and requested a refund of the month's payment I paid ahead on. I was expecting a $22 refund and received $6. This missing $16 was explained on a receipt with the refund (no phone call). The receipt stated they charged me $10 for an item they took away 2 months prior and a $6 administration fee(whatever this means). I called to voice my displeasure and once again never received a call in return. In the end, the $16 was far less important than how this business treated us over the past few months. Waking up to see our trash sitting in front of our house three times without any notice of why is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: In an ideal world, we would like the refund we feel we are due. Especially since I did not ask for a refund for three weeks that our trash was left and only wanted the money back for the month I already paid ahead of time. However, we just want to know that something has been done to improve how this business is run.

To answer this customer complaint. His calls were returned. A note was left that we would no longer take the bags of dog Feces that he was putting out with his household trash. There is a chance that he never got that note, I do not know. They were not small bags but large ones because he is running a animal grooming service from his home. Maybe he needs to get commercial trash service for his business and not try to put these things out with his household trash. His household trash was never left and always picked up, which was the service he was paying for. The next week after t left the note he had the bags of feces again, I did not take it. He called me and I returned his call. We talked about this and I told him I would not take the feces anymore, this upset him. I told him to maybe take it as he collected it and flush it down the toilet or find another way to dispose of it. I also explained why I didn't want to take it as it got all over my truck every time and I have to clean it off. Also, the fact that it is very heavy and that I have to pay the landfill by weight. He said ok and he would try to find something to do with it.

The next week he called and left a message that he no longer needed my services and that he wanted a refund for the month he paid ahead. I did not return this call as I didn't see the point in it after our last conversation. He quit and that was that. I sent him a refund out in two days. I did not however send him the $22.00 that he had requested. The week before this happened he had a large storm door out with his trash that I took. He would have got a bill for this extra pickup of $10.00. I also charged him a administrative fee of $6.00. This fee would cover my time, envelope, stamp and the cutting of a check. I put this on an invoice and sent him the rest of his refund of $6.00. A few days pasted and he called and ranted and complained and said he was going to turn me in to the Revdex.com, which I see that he did. I did not return this call either, as It would have just turned into a telephone argument and I didn't see the point it that either. So, If he's upset I did everything I could to try not to make that happen. He got the refund that he asked for and I didn't bill him for anything that I feel is not a normal business practice. I'm sorry to lose a customer and that he feels this way. This is what I did and all I'm going to do for this customer!
