Mr [redacted] of R D Heating and Home improvement signed a contract for kitchen renovation and porch repairs for $3,900 and took an advance of $1,950. He signed the contract under the name "[redacted] & [redacted], Thornhill [redacted].Phone [redacted]. He promised to get the work done within 2 weeks. it is more than a month. he neither picks up his phone nor returns voice mail. I checked on CRA website,the HST # on his invoice is non existing.
