[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]RD Landscaping is not accurate with his statement. to begin with I dug up stumps with a backhoe and filled it in with a front end loader and smoothed it out with a front end loader which I showed RD Masonry the work I needed and he was clear on it. He said he would either fix it or give back Labor money. I told him I wasn't looking for money, I needed the job to be finishedit wasn't done the way we agreed on but I was willing to let him come back and blend it all in. He call me a week later and said he can't come back for another three weeks. I said ok fine and he said he would call to set it up. He never called after two weeks so I repeatedly called and left messages to call me. After four weeks I called and left a message as to how we were going to handle it, if he was too busy I would get another estimate and come up with something. It shows he is Lying because the work is Still not done and He NEVER offered a full refund. Before he did the work he always answered my calls and returned them within an hour. After the work he hasn't answered any of them. I kept saying I would work with him but he NEVER answered me. He got the money from my wife before I got HomeShe was still there after he left. I was going to put a stop payment but he promised he would come back and fix it so I trusted himI will Never trust a contractor again. I notified Home Advisor who recommended him not to use him again. if he will Offer A Full Return I will Accept it.

RD Masonry & Landscaping was hired by *** *** to grade a section of dirt, spread top soil, and hydro seedWhen I first looked at the job the area had been dug up with holes everywhere from stumps being pulledThe home owner (*** ***) had tried to grade off the area with a backhoe
To my knowledge he wanted the area graded smooth to where you could walk/run on itI spent hours grading the area and to the best of my ability graded it with the dirt that was thereWe spread yards of loam 3-inches thick through out the whole area that had been gradedWhen we hydro-seeded, we sprayed full tanks which is enough to cover 8,sq ft to ensure it was thick and evenTo the best of my knowledge I did what I thought the home owner wantedWhen the homeowner came home and we were hydro-seeding he said that he was expecting something differentWe went over what he wanted and it was a miscommunication, through both partiesI had agreed to come back and fix everything else *** had wanted doneI stated I would call when I knew exactly when I could be back thereWhen I talked to *** next I had stated I had work scheduled for three weeks outSince *** was not happy with the work, I had given him the option to send him a check for his money backHe told me that he did not want his money and that he wanted me to come back to finish the jobTwo weeks later on June 8th at 5:pm he called asking when I would have a chance to go back to do the workI had not had a chance to go through my voice mails due to being busy with workOn June 12th at 11:am, I had received another voice mail saying he was going to send me a bill from a different landscaping company that went to ***'s house and did the workHe also stated that my insurance was going to be sued even after offering full refund*** had stated that I had asked his wife for the full paymentWhen I was almost done spreading loam, his wife was leaving for work and asked if I wanted a check nowI stated that it did not matter to me, if she wanted to give it to me now then that was fine or she could have waited

 No I have not been in touch with the business.  when I agreed to terms.  it said I needed to do nothing that the business would contact which has not happened.  I thought he would send Revdex.com the agreed amount and it would get sent to me, but nothing has happened.
