history and if the vehicle has been involved in any accidentsin regards to this particular vehicle (VIN: ***) the previous owner at time of trading stated the vehicle had never been involved in an accident, along with the Carfax report which also showed the vehicle to have never been involved in an accidentUpon receiving this complaint, we again contacted the previous owner, who again stated the vehicle had never been involved in an accidentThe previous owner also confirmed they had spoken with the complainant, and in contrast with complainant's statement, also stated to have told the complainant that the vehicle had never been involved in an accidentThe complainant was allowed ample time to both test drive and inspect the vehicle prior to purchaseTherefore, Mike Ferrell Toyota feels they have committed absolutely zero wrongdoing in this matterFeel free to contact me with any further questions or concerns pertaining to this matter

[redacted] I know I am one person against a big company. With not a leg to stand on. The only accidents turned in on Carfax are one when the Police are called, and they know that. I never said it was in an accident. I said it was hit in a parking lot, apparently by a cart. It had to have been a fast moving cart. Someone is not telling the truth. It has been repaired poorly. There is overspray all on the car. You can feel it when you wash it. Why is it so hard for someone to own up to their mistake or lie. I know car dealers have their way of camouflaging and not telling whole truths to sell a car. I know that I have not lied. There were not untruths in my complaint.

We have received your notice of complaint with assigned ID of [redacted], and apologize for the delayed response.
