This place is worst apartment ever lived in! They got our apartment wrong when moved in, brand new place flooded first weekend, dishwasher didn’t work, VERY aggressive dogs, they don’t put lights in bedrooms (you can get one for a mere $a light) spiders are terrible, parking is the worst and even with a parking permit they WILL tow you to a sy lot and cost $to get backThis place should be illegal! Save yourself headache and don’t go here or any property Middleburg operates!

Review: I recently hired RD cleaners to clean gently used, upholstered chairs I had purchased. The chairs had some pet hair and very superficial stains (what appeared to be dirt). When [redacted] came out to look at the chairs, he said he could clean the upholstery without a problem. He said he could vacuum all the pet hair and remove all the stains because they were very superficial. [redacted] also said that he could apply a deodorant and scotch guard. Sounds too good to be true, unfortunately it was. [redacted] was at my house for 20 minutes and said that I would need to wait for the solution to dry before I recognized results. Within an hour of him leaving, it was clear that there was visible pet hair and stains remaining. I texted [redacted] later on that evening to let him know that I was not pleased with the results. He texted back and said that he removed all the hair and stains. I sent [redacted] photos and left him voicemails over the last two weeks. I asked that he would come back and at least do a more thorough vacuum out of courtesy. I think that I paid him beyond fairly for the poor quality of work and brief time he spent. He has not returned any of my correspondence, in fact, he has sent my calls to voicemail. His failure to even respond to me is completely unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I recognize that customer satisfaction fuels my business. I hesitated to leave a poor review, but I gave RD cleaners several opportunities to remedy the problem without result. Commitment to customer service and common courtesy is something I missed in my experience with [redacted] and RD cleaners.Desired Settlement: First, I would appreciate a response from the business owner as a courtesy. Secondly, I request that they either complete my job satisfactorily or refund my payment.

Review: I called RD Steam Carpet Cleaning to have the equivalent of 4 rooms cleaned, which their advertising states would be $100 (see website). Upon arrival the high-pressure sales pitch started. Ridiculously high-priced fees were quoted for additional work he was trying to sell. I kept saying we had budgeted for around $100, in accordance with his 4-room, $100 advertised price. The lowest he would go was $180. I finally agreed, reluctantly. But after I saw him put his $25/room sign on his van during his quick, 30-minute cleaning job, and saw all the other very similar customer experiences on [redacted], I contacted RD via email to request a partial refund, only to get a threatening email message in response, saying that if payment was stopped, they'd charge an additional $100 and turn the invoice over to a collection agency. I thought the Revdex.com and others should know about this.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit to be issued on my credit card, bringing the paid price $180 (+ 4.95 tax) down to $100 (+ tax) as advertised. I feel that this is more than reasonable.

Company states: This consumer asked us to clean 4 rooms which we did. He then asked us to do add on services which we cleaned as well. This was the price that was agreed upon and we have the agreement from the consumer to support that.

I am rejecting this response because:RD Steamers falsely advertised their service. Their advertising on their website and on top of their cleaning van clearly states that they do 4 rooms plus a hallway for $99. They cleaned 3 rooms and a stairway. This is the equivalent, if not less, of their advertised offer. Charging $180 was simply price gouging. When asked to provide proof of an agreement, they did not respond. I could and probably should file a dispute with Capital One credit card, who said they would be happy to assist. But I was the foolish one who let them go ahead with their scamming. Lesson learned.

Review: [redacted] at RD Steamers steam cleaned all of the tile flooring in my home and he also did my carpets 4 rooms.. He did the job rapidly and at the completion of the job I stated that some areas of the grout still appeared to be dark and discolored. [redacted] stated that the tile was thoroughly cleaned and the dark areas were just wetter than he others. He stated that I needed to wait four days for the grout to dry and it would be uniform in color. I told [redacted] that I was unsure that the grout was actually clean and [redacted] stated that if I was not thoroughly satisfied with the job he would return and touch up the areas of my concern. After the four days had elapsed, I noticed that the darkened areas of grout remained. At that time, I contacted [redacted] to have him return. He told me that his machine was broken and he had to take it to Sacramento and it will take about 2 weeks before his machine will be working. I called him again to reschedule and he told me that he was busy. I told him that I work Monday through Friday and the best day for me will be Saturday. He told me that he was too busy we reschedule for a week day in the middle of the day, but I told him I can't do it because I am at work, and I need it done on a Saturday he just plain told me that he was too busy, so I told him about in the month of July or even August he said he was still busy. In another word he did not want to redo the job and he had too many excuses for every thing. I told him that I was going to call the Revdex.com and he said go ahead I don't care.Desired Settlement: I would like him to return and finish the job per his agreement. I tried to accommodate his schedule by offering dates up to two months out.

Here on the mentioned statement are completely inaccurate. This customer was advised prior me start working in regards to tile cleaning. She was told prior that some areas of tile it may not clean and she wad ok and aggred on to start the job. I had booked the appointment with this customer 3 times to go ahead and re-clean the entire tile, but she kept changing the booked appointment 3 times due to varies reason, because she was going on vacation and other reason were she was working Monday through Friday. So, in conclusion I wanted to go back and re-clean the tile. She kept changing the booked appointment on me.

I am rejecting this response because: That is not what happened, he never told me that some of the dark spots were not going to be removed. He was the one who told me that his machine was broken and he had to be out of commission for two weeks because he had to take it to Sacramento for repair. I wanted a Friday late after 3 pm appointment for him to come back and finish the job or a Saturday, my day off. He told me that he was busy, I ended up making a tentative appointment for June the 23 at 11 am but it didn’t work because I was going to be at work. I work Monday though Friday and I told him that the only day that will work will be again either Friday after 3 pm or Saturday. He told me his schedule was too busy. so I told him how about next Month in July or even August he said no I don't know my schedule. so I told him call me please so we can schedule for July or August he said no I am busy. I said how can you be busy when July and August is not here jet. He refused to schedule the appointment and that is when I told him I was going to report him to the Revdex.com he said go ahead, If you guys can take the time and read all of the reviews that this guy has on [redacted] you will see many other customers complaining of how bad of a job he did and how he didn’t want to re do the job again unless he collected additional money. All I have asked for from [redacted] was to have him re-clean the problem areas. I did not dispute what he charged for his services, nor have I asked for a refund. All I have asked of him was to have him return and re do some areas that I am not satisfied with.
