We have communicated with the customer and have resolved this issue Roman This customer did not attend the training event and never used any of the tools or systemsRespectfully, her comments are untrue & unsupported She clearly misunderstood what she purchased Here is feedback from other Realtors who attended the same event in Waco Texas " I now have a plan of action, with specific steps to take that I know will put me as a top producer at my brokerage." [redacted] , TX I could go on and on, but more important we have four listings in one week and were FSBO's Yahooooooo!" This was fully disclosed, both verbally and in writing, when she signed up to
attend the two day training event.
