I PURCHASED A MINI PUMP JACK ON THE INTERNET BACK IN MARCH OF 2019. AFTER 6 MONTHS OR SO OF NO CONTACT OR NOT HEARING ANYTHING I REACHED OUT TO RD WOODCRAFTERS AND THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD SHIP MY PACKAGE. NOTHING EVER ARRIVED SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND IN WHICH HE ASSURED ME THEY WOULD GIVE ME. NEVER RECEIVED THAT EITHER. I LET HIM KNOW I WAS GONNA TURN HIM INTO THE Revdex.com CAUSE I PAID 375.00 FOR THIS PLANTER. I STILL A YEAR LATER HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY NOR THE PLANTER

At this time we do not wish to describe any further details not included in attached document. Customer issued the complaint without making an attempt to contact us between last conversation on Nov 27th. and April 16 when complaint was filed. Customer also made false several false accusations in complaint which are detailed in attached document. At anytime from order date until last contact from customer on November 27th a response was given. Customer failed to respond and/or confirm shipping address on numerous occasions after customer requested for their item to be shipped. So a refund was issued to customer's account on 4-18-20 via the payment service they paid invoice through. Customer is requested at this time to provide Revdex.com with this information.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will not and do not agree with anything they had to say about this complaint. All he was upset about was this being tacked on to them for 3 years. After the second time I asked about the item it was their responsibility to make sure I received a refund or got my product. He wanted me to lie about what was said and not done and drop the complaint I did not agree to this so I received a refund within a day. All of a sudden he knew exactly when I was issued a refund. They didn't know my address I am sure glad that I keep all my messenger conversations as well as emails. Maybe he should be in more close contact with his office. I am glad that he finally made it right and issued a refund. I would NEVER agree to what he wanted me to which was a lie!!!!
