RDA built my home in 2003. In March of 2013 I contacted [redacted] at RDA to seek help with a roof leak. He came and wrote-up a contract to help, requesting a down payment of $5,000. [redacted] thought that the issue might be claimable under the manufacture warranty (It is a manufactured home.) I signed and [redacted]'s team came to address the leak. [redacted]'s team finished their work. Total cost of the work only ended up being $890. Work was completed in April 2013. [redacted], after prompting from me, wrote back on June 18, 2013, stating that I was due a $4,110 refund and stated that I should have it in a few weeks.

That few weeks has turned into 3/4 of a year now and I see that [redacted]'s company has run into trouble.

Any help that you can provide in helping me obtain the $4,110 due would be appreciated.
