RDA

A few months ago, I paid to have several loads of gravel brought in and have our driveway graded and make sure we had good drainage with the spring coming up. RDA services (who apparently works for Alabama Power) came down our driveway, in the POURING RAIN WITH FLOOD WARNINGS and destroyed our entire driveway with their heavy equipment. We have 12"-18" deep ruts and holes the entire length of our driveway from the tire treads and them getting stuck in the rainy conditions. Their tires and equipment completely scraped off and destroyed all of the gravel I had just paid to put down, they left piles of brush all along the driveway, pushed brush and branches into our creeks, and now our driveway is a massive mud slick that in one spot will be impassable if we get more rain because their equipment ruined the drainage and all the gravel that was protecting the driveway. I contacted the company, *** was condescending and told me I had no idea how they worked and said they had never been up our driveway with their equipment( I have photos and video). He said he wasn't responsible and wouldn't do anything to fix the damages caused by his company's negligence.
