I, too, researched this business and felt they would be wonderful to work with based on their Christian principals that they tout on their website. NOT SO. Ever since I closed on my house, I have not received good customer service. Go figure! They have my money and are done. I am still waiting for issues to be resolved that were existing at the year walk-through. That was back in November 2015. To get ANYTHING done through RDI is like pulling teeth! Chad L[redacted] actually told me he and Rob don't work for RDI anymore when clearly his name is on the signs in the neighborhood advertising lots for sale. I also spoke with a man hired to build a deck next door who said Rob (Jr.) was the owner. DO NOT build with this company if you expect any follow up after the the sale closes.

Buyer's beware!! If you're thinking of building with RDI, think again. I actually considered to build after hearing how wonderful the original owner was to work with. Since, receiving the recommendation from a couple of family members, the owner sold to his Son. I do expect him to run the business into the ground. Customer service does NOT exist, his attitude and general mentality does not have the client's best interest in mind. He doesn't care if you're unhappy, I truly believe there were things hidden from me. It's been a nightmare all around.
