Called in to purchase a vehicle ended up with a LEMON
Worst experience ever!!!
They either couldn't fix the issues or didn't care to fix itThey kept the car for weeks without fixing anything until I called every other day to find out the status and why it was taking so longThey claimed that they were waiting on a part, what a surprise(No one should ever be bringing in a recently purchased car for repair)
Sellers showed a fake CarFax said it was only in a minor bumper collision
Purchased or better said, they forged my purchase on a Nissan Maxima with Transmission issues and damaged or repaired safety air bags and sensors damaged frameOn the highway car wouldn't go above more than 40min over 40mph without car being stuck in gear eventually causing overheat and not to startAlso I never agreed to any of the financial documents also never signed an APR dealer disclosure or bill of sale yet they had some copied signatures from what we agreed on and forged signatures onto the official paperwork when they were forced to show proofEasy to tell because the same ink flaws are on each signature the same
Definitely was not safe for family and children to drive in and that's what it was mostly for
I was paying for a bumper to bumper warranty for vehicle that didn't work and couldn't even use bumper to bumper warranty due to accident that it was in prior to my purchase that voided it out
Car was in major accident that caused frame damage as I was told by Nissan and two other local shops after maintenance inspection and they showed us all the welding done and point of impact and even the crooked frame
RDM also tried to pull bait and switch by having me come in to select different vehicle that was more miles and more money
I couldn't even transfer tags until after DMV made them place car under my name RDM tried to put a stop on my registration and claimed they were owed money and were going to repossess the vehicle after they told the DMV they didn't even know I still had it that's why title wasn't transferred
They are very deceptive con artists at that dealership

To sum it up they pretty much sold me an insurance write off vehicle and didn't care to help or fix things after they received their down payment

Omg this dealer is a scamI saw a bmw they have posted on Auto traderI called ans spoke to a guy called *** He told me that the car is there and will have it ready for meHe called me over timed to ask me where I wasI told him I was min out to be patient that i'm a man of my wordI finally get there and the car is not thereThe car is not even running omg what a jokeThis company is a bait and switch and pray on people whom don't know what they are doingAs soon as I got there I knew it was going to be a joke so I decided to get entertained by them since I drove for min for nothingThan this stupid *** manager comes to me and ask if i'm ready to do business todayI'm like WTF the car is not even running stupid ***I havent even driven the car and you asking me if I want to a deal today
Please people be very careful with this dealer not only they rip you off they will make you suffer on your finances

This was the worst experience of my life They deceived me with bait and switch tactics and never paid for the extended warranty I was sold It was not until months later that I realized that not only was the warranty never paid for, they gave me a warranty that was far less superior than what was presented to me Only after I got the Department of Motor Vehicles involved was the issue rectified I was given the run around by every person in "management" there Not even sure there really is anyone in chargeSave yourself a lot of stress If it's too good to be true, IT IS NOT TRUE Go elsewhere
Complete horror showAn embarrassment to the used car industryFirst they have the car, set up an appointment then they sold the car, then they have a similar car and relist the original car two days laterI call to confirm and its thereI set up another appointmentCar is confirmed at location on show room floorthen car is supposedly sold but they brought it back in show room awaiting pick upnot! then *** the aloof salesman cant provide any details regarding the similar car and tells me to "check the internet its all there..." im mean complete JOKE!!!!! sad but true the story goes onI get a call that the deal fell through and now they still have the carI politely explained I was not interested and to not contact me that im am not willing to be part of their scamtext messages and phone calls later by them harassing my wife and I later I am left speechless of the childish unprofessional group of kids that work at this establishmentThe manager took no responsibility and blamed it on the secretarySad
I am very happy with the way I was treated as well as the pricing of the vehicles at RDM Automotive. Our choices were unlimited and I would be proud to recommend my friends and family to this dealer. The staff treated us with respect and made us feel comfortable.
