RDO Equipment Company

I haven't been dealing with Emsie for very long, but in the short time that I have, it has been an absolutely disgusting experience.
She radiates entitlement and blatant disregard for the people she works with.
Emsie likes to dish out demands, but is incapable of showing the slightest bit of respect. The word "please" is not in her vocabulary, and she goes out of her way to make the people she works with feel utterly inferior to her - even us as suppliers.
She is the total opposite of what RDO's mission statement outlines - ZERO integrity from this woman. I'd be embarrassed to be associated with her.
As a company, you should do better when employing your people.
Absolutely disgusted that she thinks it's normal to treat other humans like this.

Mike and I spoke a few times on the phone and they were able to inventory the supply caseThey wanted to make sure the product they were getting back was not abused or in pieces before making any decisionsI'm sending one item to them via mail since it was left out by my mistake.? Mike explained to me the return policy and stated they are in the process of refunding the itemI believe with these actions to the concern, RDO is running with good intentions and we just had bad luck with timing using their services.?
