Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.? Mike and I spoke a few times on the phone and they were able to inventory the supply caseThey wanted to make sure the product they were getting back was not abused or in pieces before making any decisionsI'm sending one item to them via mail since it was left out by my mistake.? Mike explained to me the return policy and stated they are in the process of refunding the itemI believe with these actions to the concern, RDO is running with good intentions and we just had bad luck with timing using their services.? Thank you
