I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is simple if I walk into a department store or shop online at any other store purchased an item using a vendors supplied promo code, coupon, discount code (any code that the store supplied) walked out the door with a receipt in hand, and the next day the store comes to my house and takes my product backWho's at fault? The customer? NO! The issue wouldn't be an issue if the VENDOR utilized a specific serialized promo code (all specific codes have this), it isn't my fault for finding a fault on your business end, I do not have control on what codes are supplied, correct?! To further make my point, if that code "rigidsav" was given to the public, would you cancel all those orders that possibly could be replaced? Or would other customers utilize some means to show your store's lack of customer service! Best way to accomplish this is to have it on your WEBSITE, which you do not have!To clarify to RDP Store to *** *** *** President and *** ***, if your going to offer codes, serialize each one for each ITEM! and more importantly don't lie, I did not threaten, I filed a complaintI threat would be informing your and your company that I would take legal actionIn this case, NO I am not, I simply filed a complaint, so that the PUBLIC understands that your store comes with private stipulations

Good Afternoon This customer arranged with victor to order 2 x rigid lights 98001 lights and victor created a website promotion code to give the client the discounted price as discussed, however the customer ordered totally different lights part number 30120 and 20641 and alot more expensive...

lights that were originally spoke about and used this code to purchase these which the code was not meant to be useed on, following this victor reached out to the client and advised him that the promo code used was not for this product and that there is a price difference to be paid if the client would like us to ship these different lights or we could cancel and refund the order, the client then said that he did not want to cancel the order but wanted the lights that he had ordered which were not for the discounted price that he paid for using the code that was designed for the originally quoted items, the lights that he ordered would have been $200 below our cost loss to us if we supplied the wrong items for the promo code, the customer then threaten to contact the Revdex.com if we did not give them which he obviously has, the client contacted the Revdex.com after we refunded his entire order on 2/21/2017. Victor has followed our company policy to the T and we have done nothing wrong in this matter and our company policy not not allow for items to be sold lower than cost or using a incorrect promo code and in this case. we have attached here the enitre email trasscipt of the conversation and with this we have closed this matter with the client and have now placed his online store account with us in a closed status. If you have any questions please feel free to rech out to me at any timeSteven [redacted] PresidentRDP Storewww.rdpstore.com440 [redacted]

As mentioned in the previous corespondence the client used a special promo code that we had giving to him to be used on a certain part number and in turn the client used this code on a more expensive item which was not approved for this purchase, client was advsied in email and on the phone that the incorrect item was ordered and that the promo code was not to be used for the product that he try'd to order and our  company policy which is stated on our online store states that all orders are checked for accuracy before shipping and fraud, we also provided in the original paperwork that we sent through to the Revdex.com with the part numbers and promo codes and emails given to the client as well as a copy of the invoice for a different item that the client tryd to sneakingly get through under this discount and was caught by out review department, RDP has followed our company policy to the letter and the client has tryd to defraud RDP store into supplying a item well below cost and using a promotional code given to him for the express purpose of being used on 1 particular part number only, RDP Store now considers this situation closed and the clients account has been cancelled and closed from any future purchases.  A Revdex.com staff Member may certianly contact me on [redacted]or any futhur information or if you need the emails and invoice proof to backup our position in this matter Thanks [redacted] RDP Store
