There were a few things I needed repairs onThe roof and two bathroomsThe bathrooms had water damagethe master bath was the worst and needed new 2xand some construction repairs to the windowRichard told me they were finished, so I paid himI did not look at the finished product until the next dayMy mistakeThe tile work was not straight, it was not grouted which left spaces that would cause water damage again, the faucets and fixtures were not put back on, and he left old materials in the bath tubSince he did not put the fixtures back on, I couldn't turn the water on because it would just run in both bathroomsHe called me on 12-7-and told me he was not coming back for a few days because I had other things that need to be doneThat is when I told him about his poor workmanship and that I had to hire someone else to fix his terrible workHe said that he would give me some of my money back but I have not heard from him
