This customer drove purchased a vehicle and she put 2000 down because her credit history required a higher down payment the customer then started to complain about the vehicle we fix all her complaints such as newer windshield wipers and better tires a few weeks later she called complaint saying she...

feel she should not had to put down 2000 bc that was too much and said she found another car lot down the street that would let her purchase a vehicle for a lesser down payment the customer requested for her full down payment back we told her since she had drove the car almost a month and put over three thousand miles on it we could only grant her half of the down payment back . This customer has made false police statements and false insurance claimed and we have cleared all of them up by showing them her text messages and voicemails this is customer is not allowed back on property there is a no trespass against her since she shows up violent and threatening to the employees there

I am rejecting this response because:
The dealer is lying she knew that my husband just had a voluntary repossession on his credit report because we had discussed prior to applying. I never lied on any application; we provided the dealer with everything that she had asked for. The car does not have my name on the title nor the contract because the dealer ripped it up in my face; she said that we did not need it. We asked my sister [redacted] to be a cosigner and she provided all of the information asked of her as well. The car was repossessed but it was never mine because the dealer only put my sister [redacted] on the loan application for approval. The car payment was never paid because we did not know who to send the check to plus we had never received paperwork from the dealer. Once the car is sold and financed the dealer has no rights to the vehicle. The dealer stole my car while I was visiting friends in Colorado. I am upset because I have very important personal documents in the vehicle. The dealer knew everything about my husband and I's credit she actually affected our score by running multiple finance inquiries. The dealer took advantage of my family and our situation. I would like my items from the vehicle returned as well as the money that we put down on the 2006 Lincoln Navigator; in addition to removing the item from my sister [redacted]'s credit; [redacted] stated that she had never received notice by phone nor mail from the finance company nor the dealer about the repossession.
