RD's Painting

I have several rental properties in Phoenix (and have a good amount of experience with tradesmen) and RD Painting was a subcontractor for drywall work and painting for a roof job on one of them. He did a good and timely job for them and me so I asked him if he could do similar 3 day job on another property. He went to the property and gave me a bid which was fine. He indicated to me that he was busy and could not get to the job for 3 weeks. I contacted my tenant and told them this and gave them his number to schedule a time. After 5 weeks with no communication they re-contacted him and then me and was told by RD that he was running behind and did not know when he could get to it. I contacted RD and was told he would get to it soon but when I pressed for a date he was evasive in his texts and finally said cavalierly after waiting 6 weeks that maybe I should NOW look for someone else. I truly regret waiting initially for him as his true unprofessional nature became apparent not only in his time management skills but especially in his customer service skills and caused unnecessary friction between me and a very good and patient tenant.

Bought a new 2300 sqft home and got the job done in just over 3 days. Came in on time each day. Nice clean lines throughout. Entire crew were good guys and definitely recommend them.
