I did have someone come to my home and take pictures of the freezer and said he would fax the manufacturer and get back to me this was in October and nobody has called meI have no idea if or when this will be resolved.? ? ?

As we have informed [redacted] we have submitted the photos to the manufacturer and since they alone hold the warranty for the fridge it is entirely in their hands from this point onThey have received from us all of her information and that is as far as we can goWe have called multiple times on her behalf but we have no control as to how fast they act on her claim as we have told herWe have done everything we can do for her at this time and it is now in their handsWe'd like it taken care of as quickly as possible as well

Just a follow up on the above complaintWe are, as we have done from the beginning when our customer contacted us, in the process of trying to get the customer what she wantsSince she has had this product installed in her home months ago, we have explained to her that all we can do is put the
manufacturer in touch with her as they are the only ones that can approve a returnWe do not have the authority to do that and she is unhappy with the time span it is takingWe have informed her that we don't have any control over that either and they have certain protocol they go through with such complaintsWe have made multiple calls to keep on top of the issue but it is really out of our hands at this pointI am certain it will be handled as soon as they get to her but I have no idea what conclusion they will come to as to whether or not they will repair or replace the unitWe have talked to her directly about this matterThank you- [redacted]? / Arlington Appliance
