In October of Bath and Kitchen Remodelers (BKR) changed my old carpeting to tileAt the time, I was very pleased with the results of my beautiful new flooringHere is a timeline of the events that transpired since:
• Summer of 2016: the transition piece that was added to separate the old tile in the kitchen from the new tile in the living room had cracked and broke into several pieces I contacted Peter Talbot, the contractor who installed the tile, and he informed me to contact Sammy, the flooring sales person
• July 2016: After much discussion, he stated that I did not pay for the piece that broke and that he was not responsible for itI was not aware that this piece was not included in the price of the floor, and he said that I was given the piece because he found it in his backroom, but that I would need to find the piece by myself I looked for a transition piece at several stores, but I was not able to locate a piece that matched my floor
• August 2016: I contac

The experience with Re-Bath & Kitchens from start to finish was exceptional The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional and exceeded my expectations The craftsmanship and quality of work is outstanding I couldn’t happier with the way my bathroom turned out

Tried to schedule a quote for our master shower to get redone, but customer service representative REFUSED to "waste their designer's time" by coming to talk just to meTried to explain that my husband couldn't care less about the bathroom style, color, etcDidnt matterMy husband travels all over the state and Utah so he has crazy hoursStill didnt matter to the representativeI am told that if he's not there, designer will leave IMMEDIATELYGood thing he is no longer deployed, but any active duty families better find another option b/c they wouldn't serve you eitherJudging from the other reviews, the designer wont come without both of us so they can try to hard close usJudging from the complaints to Revdex.com and other reviews of workmanship, I feel we dodged a bullet

We visited the Arrowhead Lakes store in Glendale AZ to have a bathroom remodel We were told they partner with Re-Bath We were under the impression we could pick out what we want and have it installed We went to visit a Re-Bath store They came out and looked at the job We were given a price of over $10,to pull a tub and install a shower We already had other companies that came in under $4, Re-Bath blasted Home Depot for having cheap products and would not use their products This is sure not what I wanted to hear Re-Bath is a scam business We just wanted to remove the tub and put in a washower and new vanity top That's itThey have a phase system that runs the cost over the top Never do business with these people!

Customer cancelled contract on 12/1/15, weeks after contract was signedPer contract customer owes 25% of contract total

Contracted through *** *** to do a shower install; had until midnight 3/5/unfortunately during this time, my father was dying from cancer and passed on 3/7/ So calling to cancel was not a priority or even a thought When we did call to cancel, we were told there was a cancellation fee (even though nothing in contract stated this) also there was no custom ordering done for this order

The whole experience from beginning to end was a disasterWe were foolish not to get other quotes because they definitely took advantage of usWe needed to hurry because our handicap daughter was coming to live with us and what a messShop around because there has to be a better company than this one!

Concerns: Repair Issues, Guarantee/Warranty Issues, Customer Service
I had a bathroom shower seat installed by Re-Bath in or Within 6-months after install, the sealant repeatedly peeled I phoned Re-bath but had difficulty reaching someone- this was continuous A Re-bath person did come out on at least occasions and said the sealant was not good and re-sealed with the same effect I cleaned it per the instructions given to me It looked awful I feared mold due to the sealant breaking but was told by Rebath reps that I should not worry After calling again without any response and with the sealant breaking in places, someone patched the holes and commented on the horrible job done by Rebath I again phoned Rebath after seeing a mushroom come from inside the seat After 3-months and several calls, Rebath sent someone to review the situation He had completely incorrect information and negatively spoke about how the company handles business He did not wan

My entire experience with Rebath has been horrible.nothing but issues and problems.blown off by their mangers for almost a month, several lame techs came out to fix issues only to make them worseHave asked severral times to speak to the owner, only to be passed on to other employeesFor almost 16,spent on a small bathroom remodel I'd rather it all be removed and my money refundedWould never use them again or recommend to anyone.would still like to sit down with the owner who promises satisfaction on his web site
