do. I did call *** and he indicated he would review my file and issues and get back to me in a few days, early next week starting May the 16th. I will not enter a positive accept until the issue has been resolved. I do appreciate their first attempt on the complaint but it is still on going and I don't want to close out the complaint just yet

I am rejecting this response because:They did send someone out to do repairs to the floor and they are okay repairs. This company provided poor communication once payment was received and in my view were slow to respond. This was the reason for the Revdex.com compliant in the first place. I am just not pleased with their overall service provided. No further work is needed or requested

Well, no. I am still waiting on the state on if [redacted] is a licensed plumber. I was offered to have another company do the fixes by [redacted] last fall so that is what we need to discuss.
