Re-Bath of NH

Had ReBath of NH do our bathroom tub over with an insert tub over cast iron tub.Lasted about 13 years had water leak between new and old tub.Got more water between insert and tub each time used. Tried to get answered from ReBath on what to do,how to fix it.Answer was we do not do that kind of repair cant help you. .She was not helpful and left us feeling that they don't honor their work.Was willing to pay for repair and just wanted some answers as they had installed it. but did not receive any help at all.We ask to speak to a manager said he was busy.Took our name and number and said someone would call us back.Never received a call.Called again and left name and number but no call back. We are senior citizens and could have used some answers how to repair this problem.Company does not follow through with any help at all.We cannot recommend ReBath at all.Company should have called us with some options on what to do but never received any information on the situation.
