Re-Bath of the Heartland

Before calling I read this companies reviews onlineThere was a *** review that talked about them being sexistI thought maybe it was just an isolated incident because the general manager commented with an apology and asked the person to call him directlyWell, I'm here to tell you they ARE sexist, or at least the person answering the phoneObviously the General Manager did nothing to correct the previous incidentI called the Omaha office to see about scheduling a consultationThe man who answered the phone started off as very helpfulHe took all my information then asked when my husband would be available to meetI told him he does not have a work schedule I can rely on so it would just be meHe kept insisting it had to be both of usHe was not even listening to what I was telling himVery rarely do I feel like I am being dismissed but I certainly was made to feel that way todayI finally told them I would take my business to another company willing to work with me because I was not going to beg for an appointmentAs a consumer I have many companies to choose from and I can guarantee it will NOT be Re-Bath in Omaha nor will I ever recommend them

Sent email to them to get a salesman to stop by to give us a quote on kitchenWaited a week with no replyStopped by the office and talked to person at the officeLooked at the various counters, sinks, etcAsked the person to give salesman our info so they could come to our house and give us a quote on kitchen updateThe person said they had all our info and would do just thatWaited a week but no one contacted usCalled the office to see what the problem wasWe were told that they had no consultant and were not doing kitchens at this timeVery poor that they could not callBad customer service

From the start Re-Bath has been very positive to work with starting with the in home consultation The consultant was very informative and explained everything very well All the products are very beautiful and I absolute love them The warranty and the products were the big reason I went with Re-Bath The reason I will stay with Re-Bath is the installation team was very professional and did an amazing job I would highly recommend Re-Bath!
