Re-Bath of Tri Cities Reviews (13)

Very impressed with installers and quality of work. Have recommended to family members.

During our visit to the Yakima Wa. fair last year we came across Re Bath of Tri cities. We signed up with to company to come to our home and to inform us of what they do and what they can do to totally remodel our guest bath.being pleased with what they showed us we decided on the spot to have them remodel.Timing , performanc, workmanship, quality, and even the installers were a 10 on my scale. My husband and I are very pleased with the look of our new bathroom.I now have a beautiful soaking tub,( perfect for relaxing bubble baths ) surroundings etc. I have had many compliments. and I also will continue to refer others to them.. Awesome Job everybody at Re:bath

Review: ReBath guarantees their products for life. I have a ReBath shower, installed about 18 months ago, and the shower door will not close. I have called and asked for help multiple times, and although the company promises to schedule someone, and promises to call me back, they have never called me back.Desired Settlement: Fix the shower.

We do guarantee our product for life, but the customer including Mr. [redacted], must register their Warranty. Mr [redacted], never followed through on his part of registering his warranty, even though he checked and signed that he would do so. At this point the customer does not have a life time warranty. We are going to resolve this door issue for the customer, even though we are not required too, as the customer did not follow the process. I spoke with Mr [redacted], and on the complaint he claims that we have never called him back, but when I spoke with him he told me he was in contact with [redacted] and she called him to tell him we could not set up a service call for that day. What I am most concerned about is we are a small family run business and the customer has now tarnished our reputation with a complaint that is not vaild, as he did not follow with the process that he signed to follow. So now our small family owned company has a blemish for this complaint for three years. Very discouraging, and even though I am going to fix the shower door out of good faith. This complaint should have never been allowed to be filed against us. I am hoping the customer can see the error he has made and understands he did not follow through to get a lifetime warranty. The process only takes about 3 minutes, yet it was not done.

I purchased a new shower from Re-Bath of Tri Cities in December of last year. They installed it in January of this year and the install was great. The installers were conscience and cleaned up every mess down to cleaning the patio where they were working.

The shower was beautiful and just as the salesman said it would be when we signed the papers. A few days later we discovered a large scratch in one of the panels and I called them to return and check it out. The company sent a representative to my home to inspect the problem. It took several weeks to get the problem fixed, but long story short, the scratched panel was replaced and the installation is perfect.

Let me complement one of the installers, a fellow by the name of Derek. This man is very knowledgeable with regard to Re-Bath products and very good at customer service.

ReBath of the tre-cities did a beautiful job on my bath remodel. All of the installers were very courteous and respectful of my home. They put down drop cloths from my bath to my front door. The job was done in only two days. The only problem came with the floor tile. My wife had picked out a white tile to match the white wainscoting they had installed behind the toilet. The tile that was installed I would call yellow which when'd we called ReBat, they called it a "oyster white" you can call it any color you want, it just does not go with the the rest of the room. When we met with Carla, the co-owner, of re-bath she said if there was anything about the job, they "would just rip it out, until it was right". When my wife told Carla it was wrong and that she td said "if it was wrong they would just rip it out......" Now it was they would rip it out " and do it again......... For a price"we also found that the color of tile was changed after the contract had been signed. Wa paid rebath in full upon the completion of the job, we wanted to be sure the. Installers were paid. Because we had paid in full we had no leverage to hold over them to make the job done right

The bottom line is: very nice installation but, beware of contract changes. And if you are told anything that you don't like can "be ripped out and done again

Review: On November 1, 2012, Re-Bath of Tri-Cities installed a new bathtub and shower surround. Upon first use of the shower I noticed that the tub squeaked when standing and moving around to shower. I immediately brought this to the attention of Re-Bath and requested that a new tub be installed. Over four months later on March 20, 2013 the second tub was installed. Exactly two months later on May 20, 2013 our second tub developed the same squeak as the first tub. I again brought this to the attention of Re-Bath and requested that the tub be replaced again. My reasoning to Re-Bath was that I paid over $5000.00 for a new tub and shower surround and I didn't want a squeaky bath tub for that price. On May 29, 2014, over 1 year later, they finally installed a new tub for the third time. By Sept 1, 2014 the third tub developed a squeak too. Trying to decided what to do next, I finally emailed the owner of Re-Bath,[redacted], on Sept. 27, 2014 stating that it has been almost two years working on this problem, three squeaky tubs later, and its time for us to move on, and in return I would like $1,000 (20%) refund for all the hassle I had to go through. On October 13 a second email was sent because of no response from the first email, asking that he call me ASAP. On October 27, 2014 I called the Re-Bath office in Tri-Cities since it had been four weeks and no response from [redacted]. The office manager said she would talk to [redacted] and give me a call back. Now as of this date Nov. 8, 2014, six weeks later I still haven't heard from [redacted] or his office. Two years of frustration and poor customer service is all I want to experience. If it wasn't for me continuing to make the contact effort we would probably still have the first squeaky bathtub.Desired Settlement: As stated above, I would like at least $1,000 refund of the $5,000 I paid for this project. I believe a 20% refund to be very fair for the frustration of the past two years.I have also attached the log that I have kept since November of 2012, a total of 7 1/2 pages.

We had two bathrooms done by this company and they promised to have them done before our company came in for the holidays! They delivered and we are very impressed with the quality workmanship. Great experience, Thank You.

We really loved the way Re-Bath of Tri-Cities installed our home's main bathroom shower/glass doors and floor, with a courteous, hard-working, skilled team who could handle the removal of old fiberglass tub/surround, replace plumbing, install all the new materials, etc. It looked and felt so fantastic that we decided to have them do our other two bathrooms. They protected carpets, cleaned up after all work was done. All this in one day per bathroom! And using the new tubs or shower is a very pleasant experience -- luxurious, plus easy to maintain. We have had lots of positive comments from visiting family since we had this done in early spring, 2013. We are totally satisfied with this company and their product, life-time guarantee, and all workers involved.

We are so pleased with quality of work and the look of our bathroom. We had several bids and some where a little lower but Rebath of Tricities offered a lifetime warranty and the installers and the project manager were just fabulous. Great job.

We had a wonderful experience in our bath to shower conversion. They showed up when they said they would, got the job done quickly and the service after the sale was great. We recommend this company to all.

Several months ago I Had a new tub, shower, and wall enclosure installed in our bathroom. This included new fixtures. After the job was completed it looked very nice, however, we were told not to use the shower or tub until the silicon sealer was cured. The first time we turned on the water from the faucet the water flow was very, very slow from the hot and cold water lines. I called Re-Bath and explained the problem and was told they would get back to me. Two months, no call. Talked to a Re-Bath rep. at a home show display and told her about the problem and no call back. Said she would have my call returned. Still no call back. I finally got hold of her by phone and she said a plumber would call me. A few days later a plumber did call and I explained the problem to him. He said he would have the office schedule an appointment for him to come and look at the faucet. That's been couple of months ago and still no calls. So much for their "Lifetime Warranty"..

We had two showers redone by ReBath and it was a very pleasant experience. The installers were friendly and helpful. The showers look great. We would recommend this company to others and we have already.

Had my bathroom and kitchen done by ReBath. It was very smooth, had some hiccups but they were great about finding resolutions to the unexpected problems. Both the installers were great and paid attention to details. Very Happy
