First off I'd like to apologize for my lack of communication with Mr [redacted] The epoxy I originally installed in April is no longer available in a matching colorI'm willing to remove the previously installed floor and install a similar productI managed to track down one of the remaining kits available for the repairs on Mr [redacted] 's garage floor in SeptemberUnfortunately the tint I had the paint Store apply to the epoxy didn't look as if it was going to match once dryI left a message with the neighbors who were watching Mr [redacted] 's home explaining the situation and that if the color matched once dry I would return with the same epoxy and apply the final coat; if not I'd have to install a similar systemI have not heard back from Mr [redacted] since that day until nowI should have contacted him before now and apologizeI will be doing so immediately and hope we can come to an agreementSent on: 1/27/4:27:PM [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below My first voice mail to Mr [redacted] was when I returned from my ride and saw the mismatched color, the same day it was applied My wife was home at the time and he did talk to her (not my neighbor) My voice mail stated that I would be OK wth the now teal green color if he had enough paint to do the entire floor No response My next VM a day or two later was that in essence you need to make this right Still no response It took a complaint to the Revdex.com and the Attorney General's office to get a reply The 1/date coincided with the AG's last chance offer for Mr [redacted] to respond before more formal measures were taken It's clear to me that Mr [redacted] was taking no action to contact me or offer any resolution until forced toI have no guarantees that his re-coat would be applied successfully and reliably In addition to seeking the full $compensation, I may seek additional compensation as I suspect a re-coat from another vendor would cost more than the original jobSadly Mr [redacted] took his initially good application and completely screwed it up Regards, Rick Stewart

First off I'd like to apologize for my lack of communication with Mr. [redacted]. The epoxy I originally installed in April is no longer available in a matching color. available for the repairs on Mr. [redacted]'s garage floor in September. Unfortunately the tint I had the paint Store apply to the epoxy didn't look as if it was going to match once dry. I left a message with the neighbors who were watching Mr. [redacted]'s home explaining the situation and that if the color matched once dry I would return with the same epoxy and apply the final coat; if not I'd have to install a similar system. I have not heard back from Mr. [redacted] since that day until now. I should have contacted him before now and apologize. I will be doing so immediately and hope we can come to an agreement. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My first voice mail to Mr. [redacted] was when I returned from my ride and saw the mismatched color, the same day it was applied.  My wife was home at the time and he did talk to her (not my neighbor).  My voice mail stated that I would be OK wth the now teal green color if he had enough paint to do the entire floor.  No response.  My next VM a day or two later was that in essence you need to make this right.  Still no response.  It took a complaint to the Revdex.com and the Attorney General's office to get a reply.  The 1/27 date coincided with the AG's last chance offer for Mr [redacted] to respond before more formal measures were taken.  It's clear to me that Mr [redacted] was taking no action to contact me or offer any resolution until forced to. I have no guarantees that his re-coat would be applied successfully and reliably.  In addition to seeking the full $900 compensation, I may seek additional compensation as I suspect a re-coat from another vendor would cost more than the original job. Sadly Mr [redacted] took his initially good application and completely screwed it up

Rick Stewart
