I could start out by saying that the work was supposed to take 3 hours, but was completed in less than 2. That it took SIX MONTHS and multiple missed appointments (including those that they just never bothered to show up or call to cancel) for them to return to insure my flat-roof was properly insulated. When they did return the new crew informed me that the work was NOT DONE PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME. But I think it would be best to emphasize that I called and texted Brad - the owner - several times to tell him, that after a winter and summer has passed since the installation, that there is no difference in the temperature of the second floor nor a difference in my heating/electric bills. Its just as cold in the winter and EVEN HOTTER in the summer as before the insulation was installed. HOWEVER ALL MY CALLS AND TEXTS WERE IGNORED! BRAD PROMISED ME A 20% IMPROVEMENT. WHAT IS THE POINT OF LIFETIME GUARANTEE IF YOU CAN NOT GET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Also whats important for people to know is that they have a "F" RATING WITH THE RevDex.com. Please beware when hiring them. Don't pay them until a period of time has passed and you are absolutely satisfied!

The owner, Bradley F[redacted], did not honor his warranty or a court's judgement to make me whole. To make a long story short, I hired him to install insulation in my home in 2009. There ws no improvement in energy usage. I made him aware of this after the 2009-2010 heating season. He promised to address it, but after 20 or more broken appointments, over a period of 18 months, he refused to address. In the fall of 2011, during a stucco rehab work to the exterior walls revealed that only a tiny fraction of insulation was actually installed. One of his crew came to investigate, made an appointment for the following week to fix all the problems, and just like the previous appointments, he was a no-show. I sued him in small claims and won a judgement Oct 2013, and have yet to be able to find his company's assets to collect on the judgment. Review: This company installed a Fujistsu dual zone mini-split a/c heat pump in our house on July **, 2013. The a/c worked fine but when we tried to using the heat in the end of October, it wasn't working. Called Re-Insulate America immediately. It took a week for someone to come out, another 3 weeks to wait for a part they said they ordered and another week for them to come install the part. The new part did not correct the problem. The [redacted] promised to replace the unit if it wasn't working properly. Since then we have 3-4 appointments that no one showed up for and we have called daily, multiple times and received no response. We have contacted the manufacturer and are in the process of getting a qualified contractor out for service. Still it is December ** and we have no heat and have been using electrical space heaters to heat the area that we spent $3900 for a heating system on. We are going to file in small claims court against the company in order to get a refund and have a new unit installed.Desired Settlement: We would like the unit replaced or a refund to have a new unit installed by a reputable contractor.

Review: In Summer 2011 Re-Insulate America insulated my home, and through a sub-contractor, installed a new roof and siding. Last Spring I noticed that a few roof tiles had come off and I contacted [redacted], [redacted] of Re-Insulate America and my primary contact person when all the work was being done on my house, about getting this fixed, per the lifetime warranty on labor and materials in the contract. I called him at least 5 times over a two month period, and I never received a call back. I then contacted the main office, and after several more phone calls, which always lacked follow up, I was told that the roof would be fixed while I was on vacation. This was three weeks ago. The work still hasn't been done, and I left another voice mail with [redacted] last week, which yet hasn't been returned. While the initial interactions with Re-Insulate America in 2011 were pleasant and professional, the severe lack of customer courtesy and the unwillingness to make good on contractually promised repair work leave me no choice but to contact the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Immediate repair of my roof and apology for the severe lack of customer service

Review: Since doing the work I feel more cold air coming into my house I have called them 20 times they don't return your calls I found open holes in side of my house that was letting cold air in and there are more holes that need to be plugged up they drilled these holes to pump insulation in to the walls and never plugged them up I call 20 times brad the owner keeps telling me he's going to come but never shows upDesired Settlement: come an fix the problem or refund my money so I can pay someone else to do it

Review: Was promised by owner, Brad, that by insulating my flat-roof I would notice a "20%" difference in warmth in the winter time and coolness in the summer. Now a winter and summer has passed since the insulation and have not felt this difference whatsoever. It was just as cold on the floor of my home below the roof this winter as the winter before that. This summer, actually, proved hotter on the floor right below the roof. Furthermore, during the winter there was no difference in my heating bill. This summer proved no difference in my electric/air conditioning bill. A call to Brad's cell phone and his office went un-responded, as well as a text to his phone.Desired Settlement: If they cannot correct this issue, I think a refund is warranted.
