Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] Apart from his failure to address his slanderous remarks about drugs being in the house and the insulting, arrogant tone language used in his response, the response is a FLAT OUT LIE!First of all, I am not about to deep clean the house every time there's a realtor coming to the houseHis was the third visit that week, and I work from home as a translatorI don't have the TIME to BABYSIT every real estate agent that comes to the houseWhen he and the clients arrived, I was in my home office (NOT the couch, as the response alleges), working on a very tight deadline that was due the next next day.I specifically TOLD HIM THAT and apologized for not being able to walk him through the place.And yes: I did file a complaint with the [redacted] ***, because I found his conduct (slandering , i.emaking a factually untrue statement regarding illicit drugs, about tenants who have never missed a rent payment to their landlord) UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Attached please find a letter that was drafted and sent to Ms. [redacted] sometime between the time she wrote Oakwood Apartment Community and the time she contacted the Revdex.com. As you can see, each of her concerns were addressed and we agreed to credit her Security Deposit Disposition $75.00 in good...

faith.I have included with the letter a copy of the invoices in question as well as a copy of the page in Ms. [redacted]'s lease which states what the Security Deposit may be used for. I cannot supply you signed copies of her lease without her permission. If you feel is would benefit your investigation, we can contact the resident for her approval. I have also included the copy of the inspection sheet. The pre-inspection results are highlighted in yellow and the post move out inspection is highlighted in pink.Though it was not noted in the letter to Ms. [redacted], her husband was provided a copy of the Pre-Move Checklist noting items that still needed to be cleared at that time. This copy is signed by Mr. [redacted] as he was present for this inspection. They did not opt to be present at the time of the Movr-Out inspection.
