I gave these sellers a market analysis awhile ago sans-serif;"> I did not know the seller was on Zillow, I thought they were going to find something first and then try to sell The wife left me a voice message that they received an offer, they did not respond to it or to the other Realtor and they wanted a Realtor that could represent them in the transaction, and asked if I could help? I called my broker and he said that they needed to sign a party listing contract I made the seller aware of that and gave them a net sheet for the offer, with a 2% commission for myself, if they signed the listing contract with me, and a 3% commission for the buyer’s Realtor, because that is what the offer stated and they said they would come into my office that evening and sign the listing contractI called their Realtor to let him know that I was meeting with my sellers that nite & had a brief minute conversation with him My husband was in the car with me and heard the whole conversationNo name calling, no bullying I said I would have an answer for him later, and I said that the seller wanted me to represent them in the transaction and they were signing a listing contract and I thought they were going to counter the offer I would add the Addendum TR, along with the covenants & restrictions for that subdivision, to their counter I asked for his license number for the Addendum TR, and he said he would not give that out and he would give it later to the bank, I said, no problemSellers came to my office, signed the party listing contract, and I explained the offer to them, and they told me what they wanted to do I know they did not like all of the personal property that the buyers wrote into the offer, but they agreed to leave it in there and deal strictly with priceI drafted a counter offer and emailed it to their Realtor and he confirmed receipt of itI never talked on the phone with the other Realtor, other than that brief first minute conversation I never spoke or had any correspondence with the buyers at all and never had their contact info, only their realtors, which I thought we had good email correspondence between usShortly after I sent that 3rd counter offer of the sellers, I received from their Realtor, the rejected counter #3, back from his buyers I did send their Realtor an email saying, I’m so sorry, it didn’t work out I don’t think the husband and the wife are on the same page She posted it on Zillow and I don’t think they discussed the price, and they really don’t want to include all of that personal property and drop their asking priceHis buyers could have came back with another counter offer and gave the sellers their asking price and they could have still gotten the extra personal propertyLet me know if you need any further information [redacted] The [redacted] Team “The best compliment we can receive from you is your referral of our services to your family, friends and colleagues” [redacted] ***~Realtor, Broker Associate, GRI, CRS [redacted] ~Office Coordinator RE/MAX First ChoiceS1st StreetGalesville, WI Phone: 608-582-Fax: 608-582-Cell: 608-780-(SOLD) E-mail: [redacted] Check out my website...Loads of infowww.SherylReedy.com

I did not know the seller was on Zillow, I thought they were going to find something first and then try to sell.  The wife left me a voice message that they received an offer, they did not respond to it or to the other Realtor and they wanted a Realtor that could represent them in the transaction, and asked if I could help? I called my broker and he said that they needed to sign a 1 party listing contract.  I made the seller aware of  that and gave them a net sheet for the offer, with a 2% commission for myself, if they signed the listing contract with me, and a 3% commission for the buyer’s Realtor, because that is what the offer stated and they said they would come into my office that evening and sign the listing contract.
I called their Realtor to let him know that I was meeting with my sellers that nite & had a brief 5 minute conversation with him.  My husband was in the car with me and heard the whole conversation. No name calling, no bullying.   I said I would have an answer for him later, and I said that the seller wanted me to represent them in the transaction and they were signing a listing contract and I thought they were going to counter the offer.  I would add the Addendum TR, along with the covenants & restrictions for that subdivision, to their counter.  I asked for his license number for the Addendum TR, and he said he would not give that out and he would give it later to the bank, I said, no problem.
Sellers came to my office, signed the 1 party listing contract, and I explained the offer to them, and they told me what they wanted to do.  I know they did not like all of the personal property that the buyers wrote into the offer, but they agreed to leave it in there and deal strictly with price. I drafted a counter offer and emailed it to their Realtor and he confirmed receipt of it. .
I never talked on the phone with the other Realtor, other than that brief first 5 minute conversation.  I never spoke or had any correspondence with the buyers at all and never had their contact info, only their realtors, which I thought we had good email correspondence  between us.
Shortly after I sent that 3rd counter offer of the sellers, I received from their Realtor, the rejected counter #3, back from his buyers.  I did send their Realtor an email saying, I’m so sorry, it didn’t work out.  I don’t think the husband and the wife are on the same page.  She posted it on Zillow and I don’t think they discussed the price, and they really don’t want to include all of that personal property and drop their asking price.
His buyers could have came back with another counter offer and gave the sellers their asking price and they could have still gotten the extra personal property.
Let me know if you need any further information.  [redacted]
