First Place Leasing went above and beyond to release the property and save the tenant money given the fact he did not give a proper day noticeThe documents clearly show our charges were reasonable in fact the estimate of cost on the move out notes were much higher than the he was charged for repairsHe should be thanking us for not charging him for all the damages and cost

The charges are more than reasonable, in fact the bill to the company who cleaned the home was even more than he was charged, the repairs that were noted on his move in were not charged, his charges were to repair a number of items that were clearly tenant related damagesIn fact the make ready charges were much larger the service charge for a company to go is $per hour and then materials, again we provide in the last email an itemized inspectionIn regards to the cleaning we have an invoice from the cleaning person and it was not left clean, in regards and it was professional clean before they moved in and we have that bill so we know it was clean at move inWe could not return the deposit as the tenant still owed May rent we had to wait to know that amount before the processing could be completedWe completed this and sent it with the days of date of his notice to vacate dateThis tenant may have contacted our office and asked questions, but again until we had the invoices from the cleaning, the repairs and it had rented we did not know his charges till those arrivedAgain we spent considerably more that what this tenant was chargedAgain we have bills and invoices for the cleaning, repairs, etcHe was not charged for any item that was not reasonableOur firm provided exceptional service and worked quickly to get the property make ready so it would rent so that we could stop this tenant who choose to move out with out giving a proper notice and was responsible for the entire month rent, we did clean it repair it and get it rented quickly thus reducing the amount that he could have been responsible for.This matter is closed and the firm went over the top providing the absolute very best service

*** ***In response to the house not being clean: It was cleanMy wife and I spent an entire day moping floors, wiping down every counter, cleaning out every inch of the refrigerator and every applianceWe had the carpets professionally cleanedWe left no stains anywhereWe went through every item on the move out checklist to ensure we did what they wanted us to doFurthermore, I and several others have already posted on google reviews that we were charged by this company with unreasonable cleaning feesI am certain that the house was much cleaner and in better order when we left that when we moved inIt is us who should be thankedI had several receptacles replaced out of my own pocket, I had to have the chandelier light sockets replaced tooThe yard was nothing but weeds and dirt when I moved in and now it looks like an actual LawnThe owner came to visit while we were there and he told my wife " you take better care of this place than I did" If the owner knew how we were being treated he would probably refund us himself We were perfect tenants, we paid our rent early every timeIf something was broken, it was because it was broken when we got there and I didn't want to trouble the owner with unnecessary repairs The other complaints on google reviews, is evidence how how people are generally treated by this company. In response to small items needing repair: Firstly, MrWes G*** needs to be more specific about the repairs that he made to justifies his commentsSecondly, the fact that this house is a year old property needs to be taken into considerationThis house had many flaws, to include: chips in wood, broken parts in the refrigerator, a stove that doesn't work properly, an air conditioning unit that doesn't work properly, sinking portions of the flooring, and much moreI did my best to report everything upon moving in but to think that anyone is going to make a perfect list of every deficiency in that house is ridiculousThere are too many small itemsI was charged dollars for a "ceiling fan chain and a few light bulbs " I looked online and saw the most expensive ceiling fan chain out of of them was $centsHow much is a box of light bulbs? Even with labor I don't see how it comes to dollarsBut again, that was broken when I moved inI didn't ever have anyone stay in that room so it went unnoticed for a while. The problem is that someone has to pay for the maintenance on that old houseA guy who lived there for a year as an ideal tenant with his family of and has to support them by himself is probably not the right person to pin it onFirstly, I told them I really needed that deposit and they said to wait two weeksAfter two weeks they said wait to daysAnd then finally they just kept my entire depositI was never given any kind of inspection report even though I asked Jeniffer for it over the phoneOnly until after the new tenants moved in did they mention these chargesFurthermore, Mr g*** ignored my voicemail and refuses to handle things which is why it has elevated to this levelI do not accept thisIt is absolutely wrong and they need to be accountable for it I want my dollars backMrG*** mentioned they gave me grace of dollars in small item repairsIf that is the case what items ? I never recieved any notification, any receipt, any invoiceWhy is MrG*** taking my money and distributing it as it seems fair in his own mindIt does not belong to him [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

First Place Leasing went above and beyond to release the property and save the tenant money given the fact he did not give a proper 30 day notice. The documents clearly show our charges were reasonable in fact the estimate of cost on the move out notes were much higher than the 135.00 he was charged...

for repairs. He should be thanking us for not charging him for all the damages and cost.
