Although the offices are licensed to use the RE/MAX name and service mark, each is an independently owned and operated business and is responsible for its own activities
Each independently owned and operated office retains the services of independent real estate professionalsLegally, RE/MAX, LLC may not manage or regulate the day-to-day activities of either the independently owned and operated real estate office or the individual sales associates who work within the office
Nevertheless, when a situation such as yours is brought to our attention, we want you to know that we care and will do what we can to try to alleviate your concerns

The company REMAZ LLC, has not addressed my complaint and I DO NOT consider it resolved
In fact, ReMAX LLC replied with mostly a form letter that had very little to do with the complaint, other than to acknowledge that they did not do what they had said they would do
My complaint was against ReMax LLC In Denver Colorado, and not with any of their franchisesSpecifically , it delt with 1) their customer service (or lack there of ) in Denver Colorado, and 2) the advertising practices on their website affiliated with ReMax LLC in Denver Colorado
1) As I stated, I made several attempts to contact and work with the customer Service at ReMazx LLCThe one connection I successfully made was with *** who support the mid-Atlantic region, and she committed to immediately contact *** *** and copy me on that contactIn the businesses response of Aug, they acknowledged they had not done thisTheir indication to now contact Mr *** *** does not seem consider that now that relationship is covered by his agents actionsThe only effort Remax has made since my several attemps to work with them was to email me a copy of the Revdex.com response which didn't do anything at all to address my concerns
2) The company's website still claim "Agents & Outstanding Results" from its founder *** LiningerThe company made no mention of changing this practice in their response, nor do I see any changers on their websiteIf my agent is indeed the best Remax agent in Maryland (the most outstanding of the outstanding ) it is clear that this is inaccurate based upon statistics of my listing vs statistics of listingsIn fact , after hearing explanations from other agents previously represented by ReMax, there appears to be much in inaccurate with the ReMax advertising as ReMax is the lower cost membership model providing less agent support than may of its big competitors do
In summary, Remax acknowledged their customer service did NOT do what they say they would, and reMax has done nothing to address my claims to advertising
