Jason Daniels and Associates were a great team to work with to sell our house I am currently serving overseas in the military and they helped us sell our house at record speed His team helped us get in contact with great contractors for the remodeling of the house as well as deal with contractors in person since I live abroad and my house was vacant Everything went smoothly from the pictures they took to the listing of the house The house was put up on December and I had bids by December 9th for full asking price By the 10th we had accepted an offer that was over asking price We were suppose to close the 26th of January, but instead we closed early on January I would highly recommend his team to anyone looking to list their house because of their wealth of knowledge and expertise in not only the paperwork side, but also tips for remodeling If I move back to the Springs I would buy a house through Jason Daniels and Associates
