I have been using Remax to manage a rental property in Clarksville since I've never had an issue with them, and the house never sat for more than a week or two before being rented Until now we hadn't had any tenant issues at all, but a few months ago the tenant that was renting our house died in the house George handled everything from the remediation to the repair and cleaning, so the only thing I had to deal with was the insurance He did a fantastic job and the house actually looks better than it did prior to the incident The house just went back on the market and was almost immediately rented again, and with full disclosure to the renter about the death in the house George and the entire Remax team really went above and beyond, and I can't thank them enough for taking care of us the way they did
