Review: Mr. [redacted] , who works for REMAX ,over estimated the value of my home for sale by $16,000-$25,000 and had it for two months and never once showed it. The first week it was listed, three realtors told him it was too high. He would not lower it. After my son had concluded all arrangements regarding the purchase of a new house, Mr. [redacted] asked the owners to ask my son for his commission? HE DID NO WORK ON THE PURCHASING ARRANGEMENTS. He did not ask me as I have no money to give so he went directly to my son who did not want me to worry as I am a senior citizen.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the commission and an apology . I don't know the amount of the commission
